Service is appalling. No communication. Twice they kept the key for my house along with that of my mother's who they were allegedly"selling". This resulted in a long journey for my partner to bring me a spare key and secondly a lost job for my company as one of my operatives could not access my house to get some equipment. Even after letting them know this they did and have never appologised
Second rate service, second rate employees but they seem to want to charge first rate fees. Please boycott these 21st century highwaymen and use one of the other agents in the town

Rude receptionist. I have also tragically been trying to buy a flat through them for months now. Seems to have taken much longer than necessary. Probably not helped by the initial details being sent to a non existent email address instead of my solicitor! I had given them the address, had not been asked for an email address, so they made one up it seems! 2.5 weeks later I checked with my solicitor and they had received nothing. I chased it and the mistake by Wards was discovered! Clearly no checking such important documents are received! Not recommended all round frankly!
Rude receptionist & keep asking them not to use a particular address but we have been continually ignored & they even send spam rubbish mail there. Very disrespectful people all round.
Had excellent service from Freeman Forman (Tonbridge) earlier this year. They were not even my Estate Agent, but acting for the seller of the property I was buying. It became quite a complicated transaction due to my buyer / her solicitor delaying matters, but John and the team managed to hold the chain together and got us all over the line eventually. Would really recommend them!
Booked in two viewings, had stream of emails confirming them. Called on way to let them know we would be 5 minutes late. Turns out they had booked it on for a week later. No reason why, complaints on phone not dealt with.
Told would come back to us after finding out what happened, heard nothing about this.
Managed to book in an emergency viewing later in the day, they still turned up 15 minutes late.
We were told by the seller that this had also happened before. If you are selling with them good luck. If you are booking viewings with them make sure you pin them down on dates.
Overall a nightmare to deal with.
We sold our house two years ago and had a recent valuation with Jamie. The service was fantastic and we would highly recommend.
I have never dealt with such an un-helpful, un-professional letting agent, their attitude as individuals and as a company is nothing short of appalling. There has been no proactive approach and no one willing to help, own or resolve any issues. They have an inability to return calls provide updates which should be the simplest tasks? I have rented properties for over 10 years and would safely say I would never, ever deal with Bracketts again. From minute one of the tenancy to getting the deposit returned as been an ordeal. . It's a shame I have to give them 1 star because they do not deserve that.
this Branch are very unhelpful and rude we have ever encounter while searching for our dream house, very poor and unprofessional customer service!!! not even deserving to have a star rating. Please be POLITE with your customer who trust you that you can able to help on one of the most important purchase and stressful time of there life!!
The whole team at Waghorn & Company worked really hard and never gave up during our somewhat stressful house move process. Lisa kept us well informed throughout and was always a pleasure to talk to.
