30th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Sevenoaks and Blackheath) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

When we decided to sell the property Karen, Jane and the rest of the team marketed it very effectively and we got plenty of viewings. We really valued their advice throughout, which was always straight-forward, honest and transparent. A lovely bunch of people who we would highly recommend for both renting and selling.

From sale agreed, at our asking price, to completion in just eight weeks is no small feat, and as a former estate agent myself, I know just how rare that is. It speaks volumes about the professionalism and efficiency of Meghan and the team. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They were consistently proactive, responsive, and genuinely on top of every detail, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. It’s clear that they take real pride in what they do, and its always delivered with such a positive and cheerful attitude If you are hesitating about instructing Freeman and Forman DON'T!!! An outstanding service from start to finish.

Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. 10th May 2026 (10 days ago)I have just used Bracketts to sell my house. While the team were fine during the initial stages of marketing the property, once I went under offer in January 2026, there was hardly any contact from them whatsoever. They did not support with the conveyancing process whatsoever. Emails to the team went unanswered. On completion I had absolutely no communication from them, which felt disappointing given the amount of money I have paid them.

My partner and I were first time buyers, so we were definitely a little bit lost when it came to this whole process of buying a house. For our viewing, we had lovely Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. He answered all of our questions/queries swiftly, which was really nice since we had a very different experience during the previous 6 viewings! Once our offer was accepted, we had a pleasure of working with Lauren, who’s an absolute star and we are so very grateful for her open communication and overall support throughout the whole process. We’ve had a few hurdles along the way, but Lauren was always there for us - advocating on our behalf, chasing solicitors, and so much more! We’ve now completed on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service from Kings!

Lauren was brilliant, on initially visiting our home she mentioned a potential buyer that the property would be perfect for, and she was right! She arranged a viewing within a day or two and we had an offer before even making it onto the market. We were kept updated throughout the sale and it all went seamlessly. Brilliant to work with. I found the sales team to be hard to engage with and dismissive in relation to viewing the property, this also included mixed messages with timelines and expectations around sale price.. However once an offer was accepted the sales progression team were outstanding, Theresa in particular became our main point of contact and handled any problems quickly and professionally, whilst always remaining approachable and friendly. we cant thank her enough for the time and support she provided with keeping the sale on track.

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
