Great experience, very good service from start to finish, we couldn't fault it. Lovely, friendly staff, was kept up to date with how house sale was progressing, would definitely recommend them.
Totally gutted when you sell you house on the basis of getting another through the same agent, to be then told it’s sold to a third person even though it’s in an email to confirm!
Found a beautiful home following this experience with no help from this estate agent. Don’t recommend it even though I appreciate it’s a family run business, you should be looking after and out for your clients.

I have been with Envisage for close to two years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. As a house we have always had clear and prompt communication from them as part of any ongoing maintenance work or contractual updates required.
The maintenance team at Envisage are one of the best I have had the pleasure of calling out. The "fixme" email system allows you to rattle off a quick email when you have time and know that it will be followed up promptly. Though I don't know many of the members of the team I would like to thank Ken for always putting up with my phone calls at all hours. We have had water leaks at 2 am and boiler issues that kept the whole house at a toasty 30 °C, yet within a few hours of a call or email being placed we have always had a reply (for less serious issues) or an engineer on site (for the more important fixes).
Having transitioned between both a professional and student tax code over the past two years my council tax returns have gotten a bit jumbled and I would like to thank Julie for handling my almost bi-annual phone calls about the issue.
Last, but by no means least, I would also like to personally thank Louise for being not only a fantastically professional and swift administrator but a fantastic person to talk to. Having signed contracts with envisage twice I can honestly say that without Louise's tireless efforts to both chase down our lazy student backsides and make the process incredibly simple and fast, we would have probably missed some vital step somewhere and been in a whole world of issues. Always willing to have a pleasant chat around the nitty gritty work bits, she is a genuine delight to call and is sincere in her desire to see everyone under her auspices is happy and comfortable in their properties.
Overall a great letting agent, with good systems in place and friendly, honest staff that aren't pushy, allowing you to live your life yet always being there should you need them.
I don't even know where to start on how dissaponited I am with their service.
Condescending and patronising staff even from the begining of the process. That is what you get for £175 per person!
We signed the contract, sent all the money (£2600) and 3 hours before moving in the house they let us know that we cannot move in anymore. They caused so much stress and distress that we decided to take them to court.
I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THEM IN ANY MATTER!!!!
We sold our house through Bairstow Eves after trying an on-line agent. I would highly recommend them. The whole team from meeting Richard (the valuer), to Claire (the Office Manager), Ashleigh and Laura (the negotiators) were all fantastic, very professional yet at the same very friendly. Once an offer had been accepted, it was certainly worth paying the small amount extra over the on-line prices to have their support. Our purchase/sale had to go through quickly and they were on the case every day making sure everything that could be done, was being done to facilitate the completion date demanded by the top of our chain. They took the stress out of our house move!!
Sadly, an agency that is dishonest and not necessarily ethical in its dealings. I happened to deal with this agency a few months ago, and made an offer to purchase a house, which was then accepted by the vendor. I then set in motion my conveyancing and mortgaging arrangements, but had to go overseas just for a few days, with the full knowledge of the vendor and the real estate agency. In the meantime however (just a couple of days later), the estate agency persuaded the vendor to accept an alternative offer from another buyer (presumably because the alternative offer did not involve any mortgage and the agency personnel could make their commission more quickly?). This was despite the fact the vendor was still keen to sell the house to me due to the commitment they had given me, but they were pretty much browbeaten into reneging on the agreement. This is not an estate agent that respects agreements (regardless of whether it is verbal or written), and it is certainly not one I will want to deal with in the future.
Highly recommend Allsopp & Allsopp Letting Agency. Have worked with Jamie Fearn and Jack Bayliss a number of times and they have always been successful in finding us good tenants for our properties. They are proactive in their search for tenants and effective in communicating progress on a weekly basis and offering advice as appropriate to ensure our properties are marketed in the best possible way. Will continue to use their services as they never let us down.
Never reply emails especially for their renting department, very disappointed
