   I'm really mad at John Pye Auctions. They show you nice pictures but their descriptions leave out crucial details. Bought something you thought was complete? Surprise, it's missing half the parts. They do this on purpose and then shrug it off, saying you should have done a viewing. It feels like they're playing tricks just to dump junk. Be careful if you're buying from them. Don’t get fooled by the shiny pictures and misleading words.... Read more

   The epitome of evil landlords and their real estate agents. Unhelpful at every opportunity, neglecting my minor complaints such as filth upon moving in and mould over the years. The landlord decided on a whim to evict me under Section 21 and when it came time to move out they gleefully refused me one extra day so I could move directly to my new bungalow, costing me thousands....    Shaun was a very good mortgage advisor. I was desperate for a mortgage and unsure if I would get it because I had just moved into the UK. A friend asked us to pop in and speak with one of the Connells mortgage advisors in Leamington spa, and this was the best decision for us. Shaun was a huge help; he never got tired of responding to emails and explaining our options and the entire process.    Let a property that we were struggling to sell through Connells a couple months ago. Abigail and Beccy and the whole team were super helpful throughout the whole process as this was our first time letting a property. There was a lot of competition and we actually met with several letting agents. We went with Connells as they seemed to be the best at walking us through the process and we also really liked how Connells management was all done in the local branch rather than at a central hub.    The whole team at Bairstowe Eves dealt with the sale of my mothers house very professionally. They kept me posted every step of the way and they were on the ball when it came to actually dealing with the sales process and conveyancers. Even though we had problems with our buyers, the team at Bairstowe remained positive, pushed for early exchange and completion, and got the deal through.    Suzzane, if this is her name, came and checked the property and told that I will receive the valuation on the same day. After 1 week I’ve called her and she rejected my phone call. I’ve send to her 2 messages which been seen by her ( Iphone ) and ignored and 2 emails which been ignored as well. She doesn’t have a proper office and is ignoring all complaints. I’ve used the phone number from her website to make the appointment. I think is a scammer. Be careful... Read more
