We found Brik through getagent.co.uk. We interviewed the top 3 agents and found the stats useful to direct the selection process. The sale had a couple of changes in direction but Brik managed the changes and my expectations. Deal was done 100% at their expectation. No over-estimating on price and drop close, so no emotional roller-coaster.
