29th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Not sorted a broken toilet - Paid over market value, for a property with a broken toilet... this was reported 3 times by the previous tenant and not brought to our attention before we signed for the property. They blame Urang for the key being delayed (it took 6 weeks to get a 2nd coded key for a front door, as a couple moving in?) Terrible experience from start to now... and we still have 1.5 years left?

Everybody involved shared their in-depth knowledge of the area and sale process. That allowed us to make all the right decisions. Due to the situation we were in, the sale process was lengthy. None of that made Horton & Garton team work any less. First sale fell through (due to circumstances out of our control). The Team found the second buyer promptly. House was sold for almost 12% more than the first buyer’s offer and almost 19% more than the asking price! Tremendous success! Outcome: Happy buyers, happy sellers and the Team has moved on with a smile ;)Highly recommend agents! If you hesitate… DON’T! Thank you John, Thank you Louise, Thank you Team
10th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)Amazing experience. They are one of a kind, nowhere near any other experience we had with other estate agencies. From the start Jamie, Adam and Harrison have been simply great in understanding our needs and guide us throught the sale process. This was done in a very quick and timely manner with outstanding communication. Suzanne then helped us to close the deal and managed to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Highly reccomend Jamie, Adam and Suzanne and the whole Paramount team if you are buying/selling a place.

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

He was very solution oriented and helped us overcome all obstacles, while we were trying to make the purchase from overseas. His efforts were commendable in every step of the sale. As overseas buyers, we highly recommend Isaac and would definitely work with him and Foxtons again.

First as a landlord, they managed my flat - made sure I got good tenants, managed all the billing and always solved issues on time. As a result, the flat was always in great condition. Their lettings team are nice hardworking professionals. Then Circa helped me sell my flat in a very difficult economic environment and with a ground rental lease which was difficult to navigate. Ashley and the sales team involved proved patience, resilience and great client engagement especially from James proved to be crucial for a successful sale.

Without Cameron’s continuous support and communication, we wouldn’t have found the flat that met all of our criteria and high expectations. I’ve had very negative experiences in the past with other estate agents, however couldn’t be more impressed with the high calibre of this estate agent. It was evident throughout the entire process that Cameron and his colleagues cared about us and offering help whenever it was required. We are very happy in our new flat and are super grateful to Cameron and all the Battersea Reach colleagues who made our process so seamless and enjoyable.
