Ed and Robert were professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal in a very difficult market. They were persistent and drew on the wider Hamptons network — private office, social media team, international reach — to generate interest in our property. Communication throughout was excellent, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

His advice in negotiation, timely updates and assistance with all things from the tenancy agreement review through to the moving process have been above and beyond. We look forward to working with Tom again when the time comes.

When we began our search, we enquired with a number of agents and he was by far the most informed, knowledgeable and responsive.<br><br>It was clear that he really knew the properties we visited, as well as the local areas and market conditions (no “I’ll need to go away and confirm that”). If we did ask anything obscure, he was quick to find the answer and get it to us promptly and clearly.<br><br>Our search was made so much easier by Jonti. He knew what we were looking for, and respected our time by only showing us the properties which met our specifications. He has, in our experience of dealing with agents, a rare and admirable quality which is not to oversell listings. The phrase “no BS” springs to mind. In the end, he found us a great property, and we were delighted to make an offer on the same day, thanks to all of the information Jonti was able to share at the viewing.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Jonti was calm, responsive and reassuring. He never rushed us or encouraged us to make decisions solely for the sake of progressing the sale. Instead, he helped us make informed decisions at every stage, and we always felt confident in the advice he gave. His level of judgement and maturity made him seem far more experienced than his years in the industry would suggest.<br><br>We asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and Jonti never made us feel like we were a nuisance. He was always happy to answer them thoughtfully and thoroughly, even when we were discussing the finer points of the contract towards the very end of the transaction.<br><br>Thank you, Jonti!

Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. James was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand my requirements and liaising with the landlord whenever needed. His support made what could have been a stressful and time-consuming process feel much more straightforward.<br><br>Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses by both email and phone whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Even while James was away, the handover to his colleagues was smooth, ensuring that any outstanding matters were followed up without disruption.<br><br>Overall, I really appreciated James’ professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a smooth and well-supported house-search experience.

Nick was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the whole process, making the change from selling to renting completely seamless.<br><br>Hume Homes were professional, responsive and kept us well informed at every stage. Their advice was honest and helpful, and we always felt that our property was in good hands.<br><br>We’re really pleased with the service we received and would happily recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell or rent their property. Excellent service from start to finish!

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
