Previously would have given half a star. Having had a tedious and painful experience with Foxtons for several weeks, their new lettings manager Alex started at just the right time. He actually seemed to care about our situation and was extremely helpful and responsive; actually proactively chasing and resolving the issue for us rather than me having to constantly call but getting no response as had been the case for weeks before he started. Alex is exactly what the Fulham Broadway branch needed to steer the ship. Thanks Alex for taking away the stress and being really helpful!

We have had issues with Foxtons ever since signing our contract. If it wasn't for the landlord, who is actually a very nice and helpful landlord, I expect we would have left instantly. Now we are lucky enough to be able to buy our first home, the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of 'Alex' (no introduction to even know his/her surname) has been a constant reminder of the very very poor quality of staff they hire.
What makes me laugh the most is that Foxtons personally encourage their staff to push friends/family, who have no connection to using Foxtons, to add in 5 star ratings,.
As we speak, we have multiple Foxtons employees trying to book visits, some range from 30mins, some to 60mins, they are overbooking visits on each other, scrambling to make a sale because no one wants to use them.
