Josh Mansfield at the Mansfield branch was excellent in helping to make my sale happen. Burchell Edwards were not my estate agent but part of the chain involved them. Phoebe has been fantastic these past few weeks! I’ve approached this process very cautiously, and with a lot of nerves, but she has been incredibly patient and understanding. She’s been great at taking me through the process in a way that I understand, and I’ve felt supported throughout.
