I’ve been with leaders nearly 4 years now I’m renting a house and I can honestly say I have no complaints the customer service is exceptional! Especially Heather Elder, every time I I’ve needed maintenance doing Heather has gone above and beyond for me , she looked after me when I chose the house and ever since she has got back to me straight away with any work I needed doing , I rang a few weeks ago as my fence and gate was broken , the next day I came home from work and they were both mended ! Excellent service , my dishwasher has broke a new replacement has been sorted by Heather and will be fitted before Xmas , I’m so happy with the customer service I can’t speak highly enough of leaders especially Heather , I would recommend Leaders to anyone thinking of buying or renting properties without a doubt !!!

Firstly, You call them want to see house. You have to wait for call back all week. After this you're in office to hear they don't know about this.
I was extremely satisfied with the quality service I received from this branch. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Absolutely awful. Firstly when I rented the place they didn't do a proper inventory, a 5 year old could have done the job they did, they listed just whatever was in the flat. Didn't safety check anything, the hoover literally set alight when used. Luckily only inside and didn't set the flat alight.
Then when I left, they withheld the deposit, claimed they hadn't heard from the Landlord despite the fact that it is in the report he submitted evidence, or at the very least they submitted a reason why he was keeping the deposit without his contribution, which is many kinds of wrong. They disputed that a TV and Hoover was missing, both were in the flat.
They were also so incompetent, that they claimed I broke the window, then submitted the report from the company that fixed it, stating that the window wasn't broke through negligence or misuse.
Absolutely, god awful, please please please, never use this company. I am so glad they never got a penny after I left as I was awarded the whole deposit back despite the fact they lied in their dispute, because they were so incompetent at lying in the dispute. But it has taken 4 months to get here as they refused to cooperate.
Emma has been helping me with my mortgage and house purchase for a few weeks now and I am extremely pleased with the level of service received.

When we sold my parents home we invited 3 agents (2 from our own knowledge and Buckley Brown from GetAgent. Buckley Brown valued the property higher than the other agents and whilst we appointed them we were concerned that the higher valuation might hamper the sale.
