Clearly Don't Do Research As My House is owned by a Registered Social Housing Landlord and I am Not in A position to Either Let or sell it. They Just send out Unsolicited Letters with out doing checks.

Lola from the Canary Wharf office has been super helpful! From the first time when she called me, she got the idea of what I'm looking for straightaway and suggested some options. We then successfully secured a flat with her. During the referencing and pre-move in process, she's been super helpful as well, even on her day off! It's been a great experience dealing with her, highly recommended :)

From start to finish Knight Frank Wapping were brilliant. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The agent in charge of finding a buyer worked tirelessly to get people through the door, and when my first buyer unexpectedly pulled out due to the uncertainty of COVID, he advised the best way forward and set about getting potential new purchasers. Once a sale was agreed, the Sales Progresser and team drove things forward, constantly chasing both solicitors and keeping my buyer and I fully informed throughout. They are all thoroughly professional, kind and empathetic people, and genuinely worth the fee.

Absolutely superb service throughout the whole sales process. After a complicated purchase (myself being the buyer), I can safely say that the sale would not have gone through without the constant support from Knight Frank. In particular, Luke Johnson (the estate agent who initially showed us around) and Kim Williamson (the sales Progressor) were outstanding. Luke was incredibly helpful, friendly and always on hand to ensure things went through smoothly (even calling me whilst on his annual leave to make sure that exchange went through ok). Kim went above and beyond on multiple occasions to chase slow-responding management companies and solicitors, and was a reassuring, proactive voice in a drawn-out case. They are both shining stars for the company and when it comes to sell, Knight Frank will be the first place I go. A big, big thank you!

I must say I was apprehensive about how my experience would be, however my fears were immediately put to rest. Chris and his team went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible experience. They were very professional, communicated each step and I always felt like I was being looked after by family! Can't recommend Chris and his team enough.

Very professional team, advised on what I needed in terms of furnishings and then worked with the Knight Frank interiors team to make sure everything installed in time and found a tenant within 5 days of going on to the market , made the whole process painless and transparent.
