Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

She was very transparent about the landlord’s expectations, kept us updated at every stage, and was genuinely patient in arranging multiple viewings without any pressure. Her strong knowledge of Canary Wharf and the surrounding areas, including advice on buildings and localities, made the whole process much smoother and helped us find the right place

3rd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS

He was professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable throughout my mortgage process. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how proactive he was in keeping things moving. His calm and supportive approach made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
7th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with Metro Village was easily the worst renting experience we’ve had. When we viewed the flat, Nick told us the main window — which was completely shattered — would be repaired before we moved in. Once we moved in and followed up, the agency said there was no record of that agreement and the repair never happened. Our letting manager Kevin was extremely difficult and unprofessional to deal with from the start. Emails regularly went unanswered, calls were avoided, and it was very clear he had no interest in helping tenants — despite us paying close to £30,000 per year in rent. Instead of helping resolve issues, he consistently sided with the landlord. Throughout the tenancy, important repairs were ignored and communication was extremely poor. It often felt impossible to get any clear response or action. Another frustrating issue was that the flat contained old items left by the agency (including used bedding and broken things) that we were told we couldn’t remove. This made it feel like the flat wasn’t really ours to live in freely, despite paying full rent. The most concerning part was the deposit process. We were presented with a long list of charges for small items — things like £5 for a lightbulb or £18 for a spatula that had clearly been used long before our tenancy. Many of these charges felt excessive and difficult to justify. If you rent through them, I strongly recommend using the official deposit protection scheme adjudication process if there are disputes. Once the charges had to be formally reviewed and justified, several of them suddenly changed. Even after agreeing the final amount, it still took weeks of chasing emails to actually receive the deposit back. Overall this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unresolved issues, and a difficult deposit process. I hope this review helps future renters make an informed decision.

She was knowledgeable during viewings and always offered to find answers to any additional questions we had. Although we didn’t find the right property with Marsh & Parsons, I’d recommend Natalia’s services without hesitation!

I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.

20th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)100+ Days of Disrepair and two weeks of Displacement – Incompetent Management<br><br>I am writing this as a warning to other tenants. We have been living with an active bathroom leak since it was first reported to Garrison Estates on November 11th, 2025. Despite 100+ days of notice, the property has been left in a state of disrepair that has now forced us out of our home.<br>We have been totally displaced for 12 days because the bathroom floor is saturated and unsanitary. After waiting weeks for a "planned" replacement, the management’s contractor failed the installation due to a basic "alignment issue"—resulting in the broken, leaking unit being reinstalled and us being told to wait even longer.<br>The lack of professional oversight, the use of incompetent contractors, and the disregard for statutory habitability (Landlord and Tenant Act 1985) is staggering for an agency with this rating. We are currently paying full rent (£2,350/month) for a property we cannot live in, while management offers excuses about "supplier timings" and "alignment."<br>Until this is resolved with a full repair and a fair rent rebate for our loss of amenity and displacement, we cannot recommend Garrison Estates. Prospective tenants: be wary of how your maintenance issues will be handled once you sign the contract.<br>From reading other reviews it seems this is not a one off.

The process had its challenges and took longer than expected, but the team were supportive throughout. A special thanks to Michael, whose excellent negotiation skills and genuine commitment made a real difference. Highly appreciated. We live miles away and remote sale worked well for us. The process was a success with good communication. Will definitely recommend them.
