I have just bought a house through the Frome branch of Cooper and Tanner, and can give them all nothing but the highest praise. I felt valued as a buyer, and that they were direct, honest, trustworthy and transparent from the very start, helping to make a stressful process less so. As the chain grew and unexpected issues higher up the chain threatened to derail the exchange and completion dates, Jane and Kath were incredibly proactive, and at times were the only party keeping me informed of issues and progress, when I had very little communication from my own solicitor and estate agents. I think ultimately it was down to their tenacity and determination that we completed when we originally hoped to. Thank you all so much - you're everything an estate agents should be, and much more!

Absolutely delighted with service offered. Ross and Mia in particular were excellent - Ross was calling me more than I was him keeping my fully updated and assistance beyond what I would expect/felt was typical was offered when there were problems with the property not relating to the sale. A big thank you to all involved and very grateful indeed. Ultimately a sale was agreed at a fair price and everyone is happy. Very good indeed. Sadly I don't have any other business in the area otherwise I would definitely be back to them!!

We predominately dealt with Shelly at the Frome branch through the process of buying and selling our house. Over the last 18 months Shelly has been pretty much the only agent in town who has bothered to keep me up to date with what was coming on the market etc. Not only did we sell through C&T but when it came to purchasing (also through them) they really worked hard to make the deal work for everyone. A very positive experience.

In the last 2 years or so we have bought twice and sold once with Cooper and Tanner in Frome. Adam Scott and his entire team have been really great throughout. All three transaction had complications that needed to be sorted out, especially the last one that took 6 months to complete with many twists and turns.
Adam has been so patient and energetic and on the ball, on top of the situation throughout. He builds a great rapport with both buyer and seller, which keeps the transaction going even when difficulties arise with funding and timing. The whole team were very friendly, communicative and helpful. Even when very busy with other clients, they made sure that they responded to whatever we needed very promptly.
In my experience they've also been spot on with helping to set the price of properties and we've bought and sold quite close to the asking price.
Overall, a top class team and a pleasure to deal with.

This is an agency that genuinely care. As a training surveyor they also value accurately where other firms are ripping people off in this market. My wife and I have had a very tricky year that doesn’t bear going into. We were getting to the end of our tether finding a home and getting the run around from other agents when we met Adam and Joel. They took us under their wing to help us find a fantastic home before it went to market at a great price. Not only that but they are helping us with a local team of builders, a great solicitor referral and even tipped me off on a great nursery. They went above and beyond! Would recommend them any day of the week! 6 stars if it was an option! Best agent in Frome. People of integrity.

We had a sale agreed on our property early in 2023 after only being available for a few days. Throughout the selling process Cooper & Tanner in Frome were consistently helpful and supportive. Furthermore, they demonstrated that they had a very clear understanding of the market. They were a pleasure to deal with and in particular, Adam Scott (Branch Manager) & Ross Bowers (Senior Negotiator) were always on hand if we had any problems or worries.

Outstanding estate agents, we purchased a property through them and their communication was faultless throughout. We viewed a few houses with them and special mention to Alan for sage wisdom and advice really excellent agent. Also to Joel for getting the purchase agreed and the rest of the team for being fantastic whenever we called. No doubt whatsoever if we ever were to move we would use these guys. Comparative to the other agents in frome there is no comparison these are the best in town.

I can highly recommend Adam and his team at Cooper & Tanner, Frome. Throughout the entire process of selling my mother's home they were, without exception, professional, efficient and provided most valuable advice. They closely monitored progress, followed up promptly and kept in touch frequently. They demonstrated patience and perseverance when any issues were encountered, and also both kindness and sensitivity, which was very much appreciated.
