The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

They made the process of getting the house ready for and finding tenants easy and smooth to understand. During the time they were always in continuous communication and also understanding of both tenants needs and mine. I would recommend for others to use their services.

Our experience with them was seamless, efficient, and genuinely stress-free from start to finish. Throughout the process, we felt fully informed and involved, with excellent communication at every stage. Sue in the office was consistently thorough and efficient, handling all bookings and enquiries with great professionalism. The team who carried out the viewings were fantastic—flexible, considerate, and always accommodating of our busy household with two young children and a cat. Bernice and the viewing team made us feel completely at ease, and the feedback we received after each viewing was always helpful and insightful. A special mention goes to Ben Clinch, whose expertise and guidance were truly outstanding—his advice played a key role in securing a successful sale. 8th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I was contacted and told that someone had tried to reach me about my enquiry a week earlier, which is quite impressive considering I had only made the enquiry three days prior. I met Ralf, at the viewing and to be fair, he was the only positive part of the entire experience—friendly and professional. I submitted an offer on Saturday and then heard absolutely nothing. By Tuesday, I had to chase them myself, only to be told “someone should have got back to you.” Not exactly the level of service you’d expect when making such an important decision. I was then informed that a higher offer had been made, so I increased mine accordingly… and once again, silence. I’ve never actually been told that my offer was unsuccessful. I can only assume it wasn’t accepted because the property has now been marked as sold on Rightmove. Communication clearly isn’t a priority here. Overall, incredibly poor service, lack of transparency, and zero follow-through. I won’t be using them again, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them to handle the sale of a property either.

They provided clear guidance throughout the entire process and kept me updated at every stage, making everything smooth and completely stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you
18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)My experience as a chain free buyer keen to purchase a property they are marketing; - Agent didn't show up to the first viewing booked, with zero apology for miss communication their end. - Late to subsequential viewing and had to wait to him to faff around getting the keys out of the key box in the pouring rain. - No follow up call after viewings, I had to call them to book in a second viewing after waiting to see if they would call for over a week. - Once sale was agreed, I have contacted them several times to ask questions re the property / sale details and they have ignored all emails. If you would like to sell your house in a timely manor, if at all, I would avoid.

She really helped push everything through which was really appreciated. It was also really handy that they are based in Bruton. Would definitely consider using them in the future, although we won't want to think about selling anytime soon!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
