C P Walker & Son is particularly student-friendly for finding a property to rent. Most of their properties are within walking distance of the University Campus, and their procedures for renting a property are clear and reasonable for both students who are currently in the UK, and international students who are currently overseas.
I found Maisie, Robert (who showed me around the properties I'm interested in), and Samana (who helped me arrange the viewings and answered my questions regarding the renting procedure)to be particularly helpful, with their kindness and professional.

I have been renting with CP Walker for nearly 12 months now and have found them to be very professional and efficient when discussing various matters…
The company has a number of departments which appear to seamlessly coordinate between each other to support all property matters arising.
Generally any queries that go through the letting department are quickly responded to and clear direction and assistance is given as required, together with the use of their property management app which allows reporting/recording of all matters and is easy to navigate!
Samana Syed has been instrumental in attending to the above, and I find her to be very professional and courteous at all times, making it a stress free environment to operate and communicate in.
When looking to rent a property I would recommend CP Walker as my letting agent every time!

I have been a CP WALKER tenant for just over 23 years and I am just about to move into my 3rd property with them, as my current tenancy has come to an end. I can not thank them enough for all the assistance i have had during my current circumstances. The team here are fantastic and are very happy to help and get issues sorted promptly.
