Brilliant people especially Guy he's the boss I believe.
Always polite and help full as are all the staff here.
I'm a Landlady of a property, they've looked after me for well over 20 years .
Tenants come and go some or good and some I'd rather not comment on.
I presume the same can be said about landlords and landlady' s, but you can't blame the agents for other people's faults.
So to finalise I think they do a wonderful job.
Awful experience. let me put application £720 in fees in for a property in and then rang up to tell me that it had been let to someone else already. Slow on contacting, had to chase. Did not seem to share information between staff so if the person you were dealing with was not in then they couldn't tell you anything. Would not lower the application fees or combine them as we were a group, saying they were competitive, when others in the area several hundreds of pounds lower, and will combine fees. I wouldn't touch them again! they make it unaffordable to find somewhere to live!
Very professional and informative valuer, house sold very quickly, assigned to Nathan to deal with sale, who has been very helpful, informative and professional all the way through with regular updates. Wouldn't hesitate to use Haarts again. Thank you for a very speedy and trouble free sale.
Utterly useless. Promised so much and failed to deliver. My wife drove 250 miles from Devon to meet one of their agents. Despite several phone calls reminding them she was coming they failed to show. After 8 weeks of failing to rent our property we decided to do it ourselves and filled the place in a week!!! Honestly what do these people do all day?
Top class service! From the moment we had first contact with Watson's, simply making an enquiry into what we were looking for, all the way through to the final exchange, they have been amazing. They listened to our needs, were honest and up front when it mattered, marketed our property to a very high standard and took full control of the sale with great results.
They are a small team and give a 1st class service.
I can not express how professional the team are, how effective and client driven they are.
Also beside this the team are friendly and informative. We felt we could call them with any concerns and they would rightfully put us at ease. I can not thank Lucy enough for her time and patience when I needed reassurance, if in doubt.... ring Lucy! and for Sheree and Will for everything Watson's has to offer I am proud for you when I see (another) Watson's sale board up.
We sincerely wish you at Watson's all the best for the future.
Do you really want to work with an estate agent that could possibly knock thousands off your house or you lose a purchase, because they possibly forget to tell buyers of deadlines?
Watsons neglected to tell me the final deadline for offers on a property. When I called to raise my offer I was told repeatedly that the deadline would have been made very clear to me, at no point did they even consider I was telling the truth. I was made to feel and treated like I was being dishonest. If I had left it at that I would not have been able to submit a final offer. Only after I had made a formal complaint was my final offer supposedly passed to the vendor. The communication from Watson’s has been littered with inaccuracies throughout the whole process. From the communication Watsons to myself I cannot be confident that the information supplied is accurate.
But according to Watsons response I have been treated fairly.
So treating someone fairly is: making them feel like and treated like they are being dishonest, only getting to submit a final offer after a formal complaint.
Then told that it was just a miscommunication and they can understand why I feel I have been treated unfairly, implying that they treated me fairly and the it’s my feelings that are at fault..
The sad thing is most of these facts could have easily been checked easily. As something as critical as a deadline for final offers, and Watsons rely on someone remembering to tell you. I truly feel for anyone who have to deal with these people.

Royston & Lund were amazing. We have just got the keys to our first house and we could not have done it with out them, especially Samantha from the West Birdgford office. If you are thinking about selling your property through them they are fanatic from a buyers perspective.
Ignore the recent upgrade. Enquired about properties through many mediums and to much avail, I never viewed a property through Royston and Lund. To be avoided by any landlord putting a property on the rental market. Poor, poor, poor.
