We discussed our requirements and he valued the property , listened to what we wanted and delivered it beautifully, and passed over to Cassie our sales negotiator who was a pleasure to deal with, gave fantastic service. Really listened as well , helped advise us, Answered all questions and pushed everything through. Brilliant service, every step of the way. HIghly recommend!!! 5 star!!
Utterly useless. Promised so much and failed to deliver. My wife drove 250 miles from Devon to meet one of their agents. Despite several phone calls reminding them she was coming they failed to show. After 8 weeks of failing to rent our property we decided to do it ourselves and filled the place in a week!!! Honestly what do these people do all day?

Our first point of contact was with Jordan, who came to assess the value of our home. He arrived in perfect time, was pleasant and well presented, as well as very knowledgeable. He gave us a true and honest value of our home. From start to finish the staff at Holden Copley have been excellent, a special mention for Sadie and Sarah.
Our sales progressor Sheryl was superb, a true professional who went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Our buyers solicitor was incredibly slow, and Sheryl kept all parties informed, ensuring completion went through as anticipated. I really cannot thank her enough.

We received excellent service from Watsons. Our property in Carman Close Watnall was put up for sale early this year, within a week an offer was made. They are unique in their field, they listen to clients needs and give a realistic price.
Do you really want to work with an estate agent that could possibly knock thousands off your house or you lose a purchase, because they possibly forget to tell buyers of deadlines?
Watsons neglected to tell me the final deadline for offers on a property. When I called to raise my offer I was told repeatedly that the deadline would have been made very clear to me, at no point did they even consider I was telling the truth. I was made to feel and treated like I was being dishonest. If I had left it at that I would not have been able to submit a final offer. Only after I had made a formal complaint was my final offer supposedly passed to the vendor. The communication from Watson’s has been littered with inaccuracies throughout the whole process. From the communication Watsons to myself I cannot be confident that the information supplied is accurate.
But according to Watsons response I have been treated fairly.
So treating someone fairly is: making them feel like and treated like they are being dishonest, only getting to submit a final offer after a formal complaint.
Then told that it was just a miscommunication and they can understand why I feel I have been treated unfairly, implying that they treated me fairly and the it’s my feelings that are at fault..
The sad thing is most of these facts could have easily been checked easily. As something as critical as a deadline for final offers, and Watsons rely on someone remembering to tell you. I truly feel for anyone who have to deal with these people.

Royston & Lund have looked after our property for a number of years now, their services has always been excellent - professional and a pleasure to deal with – highly recommended.
Such a bad service. Firs of all my wife rang to book viewing, no one rang her back and once she rang back to find out when is the viewing booked they clarifying that they did forget to call her.
Also the day we went to view the property ,agent did not know anything about the vendors or anything about the property.
And we put the offer and submitted all the documents no one did return to us to update what is happening with the offer.
Very unprofessional and poor service.
will not recommend to anyone.
