Robert Ellis advertised my property for about 5 months.
5 viewings and failed to sell.
I eventually reduced the price by £8000
Still no sale.
Decided to stay and spend money on new kitchen and bathroom.

Express sales especially Kerry were brilliant, kept us up to date with how things were moving, very easy to talk to and on first name terms, they did their best for us all the way through the selling and buying process would definitely recommend them.
I was a first-time buyer in late 2016 and purchasing a house certainly shaped up to be a much more difficult and lengthy process than I expected! However Kerry and the team at Express Sales were incredibly helpful to me and were always very happy to answer my queries and help guide me through the process. Gave up after contacting three times to purchase a property
We have been impressed with the service we have received from Robert Ellis so far. Joe showed me around two properties. He was friendly and polite and I felt that I had a lot of opportunities to ask questions and the letting process was clearly explained. Since submitting our application, we have been in contact with Daniel, who has been very efficient and communicative.
Rating one star because i cant rate any below as google wont let me... Last Friday was talking to a David on the phone who I was trying to explain that I got 2 bookings cancelled with RE because the properties have gone during the week so since I had another 3 viewings with them i asked to replace my 2 cancelled viewings with new ones... And he said its not possible as they are fully booked!!! I smiled on the other end of the line... Thinking how funny it is when someone trying to sound so professional on the phone when they are empty head! Their service is very poor and they bully you expect you to pay for it. No chance for negotiating. Let me also mention that when you call them they just pass you on to other colleagues as ping pong ball! So coming back to David, he said to me "oh you are so lucky today! we just got a booking cancelled just now so we can book you in!!!" I had to bite my tongue not to laugh out loud! Actually it was what ive beenbtrying to explain to him that my viewings just got cancelled with RE thats why he could book me in again!!! I still tried to tell him "it's me it's my viewings that got cancelled on your system" still got no reaction from him he did not realise what was going on. Turns out now that me and my husband like the property that they didnt want to book us for on last Saturday and now they were urging my husband to pay 360 for both apps to book the property whether you fail the credit check after or not it does not matter. No negiotiating when you are the one who's hiring their service. I asked the landlord to consider me as permitted occupier i doubt whether they really pass on the msg to the landlord... RE said the landlord refused!
