In February 2023 my mother commisioned David and his team to take on the sale of her property. However unfortunately this was more or less at the beginning of the financial crisis caused by the then PM, Liz Truss. Little did we know how this was going to affect the property market. But thankfully we had the right team for the job. With Davids expert knowledge he was able to guide us through the months ahead and help us deal with the highs and lows. His thoughtfulness and compassion towards my mum were exemplary as was that of his team. Not once did he waiver from the task and his shear doggedness rewarded my mum with the result she was looking for. I cannot recommend DJR Estate Agents more highly. I would highly recommend DJR Estate Agents. I recently sold my house through them and found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. David gave me an honest and fair appraisal of my property and of the current market in the area, giving examples of what similar properties had gone/were up for, and where he saw the market going it the short to medium term. Their marketing was high quality and very well targeted. This resulted in early and genuine interest in the property and resulted in quickly finding a buyer and agreeing a sale. Once the sale had been agreed, DJR’s were extremely diligent in making sure that the sale of my property kept moving along and keeping me and my buyer regularly informed; unlike my buyers estate agents who seemed to drop the ball once their particular sale had been agreed. Michelle and David had to work constantly to get answer from the other estate agents as to where their property was in terms of its sale. Without DJR’s doggedness in keeping the chain moving, from bottom to top, I am sure that the sale would have taken weeks longer to reach completion. We have just recently bought a property through this estate agent and they have been fantastic in keeping us updated on how the sale was progressing. All employees in the office was efficient and nothing was to much trouble, if they couldn't answer a question they went and found the answer as soon as they could do so . We have hopefully bought our forever home but I would use Mr Robinson and his team in a heart beat if I ever wanted to move on. I can not recommend them enough .... Read more

David gave us an honest valuation of our bungalow and the current state of the property market both in our area and nationally as we were moving out of the county. The marketing was extremely professional and all of the viewings brought accurate feedback from the team at DJR. David offered advice on how to keep our property competitive and we were glad to accept this and we soon received an acceptable offer. Despite facing some difficult situations during the sales process David, Michelle and the DJR team kept us up to date with everything through until completion.
