My brother in law was suppose to be moving in to a property today, it is filthy. Broken drawers and rank bathroom. I think this is such bad service as they take the deposit and give bad service :(

Terrible experience with this company, just took our money, just about zero communication, when we did speak to them they were rude arrogant, and aloof. Avoid these people at all costs, god knows how many of there clients lose out because of the attitude they portray.
Depending on the colleague that deals with your case can vary the service a lot. Initially we had several colleagues working with us, which meant we felt we were almost being harassed, which added to the stress of buying our first home. Some of the colleagues gave incorrect information and had a bad attitude.
However as the process carried on we started to deal with the one colleague. Debbie is brilliant, she answers any and all questions and is upfront and honest.
Overall the service is good and I would recommend, but do be aware of one or two colleagues who have incorrect information and don't have compassion during a stressful time.

First time house buyer. Explained this to the agents, along with the fact that myself and my partner work both day and night shifts.
Both of us get at least 2 phonecalls each week asking for updates and to speed up the process - which completely disrupts our sleep. We said we didn't have much time and as the property was staying on the market until the sale cleared, we would be taking it at our own pace. Giving updates when anything changed.
We feel harassed to the point where we don't have any excitement for the property and are thinking of throwing the whole affair behind us and starting afresh with a different estate agents and different property.
Not pleased at all with the service provided so far.
Superb service from the start. The whole team are friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable - it was a pleasure to deal with them all. Highly recommended if you're buying or selling in their area.
We sold with View Property and have had excellent service. All members of staff have been professional right through the process. Its a stressful time so i'm told but View took care of that with clear and accurate advice at all times. Great value for money
