They clearly work really well together as a team and the business is built on strong values . Gareth was amazing through our sale . Would highly recommend.

Even once a buyer was found Chris and Amy took great care guiding us through the sale process through to completion. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

10th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)I contacted Strutt & Parker in Exeter to sell my late parents home in Sidmouth. Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a proactive and professional estate agent. Jack was exceptional, communication was easy and he returned calls when he said he would making this purchase as stress free as possible. He worked to a time frame and delivered! I’d also like to thank Sharon for help in making this purchase so much easier. We were kept updated throughout every step of the way and never had to chase for answers. If you need to sell or buy a property then Jack and Sharon are the people to go to! Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.- 26th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I cannot praise Stratton Creber, Liskeard, highly enough. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and efficient. Sue especially, was absolutely brilliant, in my view she went that "extra mile," and "above and beyond the call of duty." There were several extraneous issues and problems which had to be dealt with, some of which were not exactly within Sue's remit. However, she dealt with them, and got them resolved. Moving house is always very stressful. On occasions, I would have a "wobble," thinking that we'd never reach the point at which we are now. But, I was always reassured that we would get there, and sure enough, we have done. I cannot thank the team enough - Finn, Jamie, and especially Sue, for all that they have done. I would definitely recommend Stratton Creber. ???? Thanks again, team.

Always very helpful, any problems with the property was dealt with quickly and efficiently. there so friendly, I would go in just for a chat they became almost like family. I would highly recommend this lovely estate agents. would like to say thanks Paul, Mandy and Dave you have been great!

After having a truly horrible experience with an independent estate agent in Helston, we couldn't have been happier or more relieved than when we decided to call in the professionals. From the start, Ben from Jackson-Stops was able to identify where the previous agents were failing and knew exactly how to rectify the situation. He predicted that they would secure a sale within the month and that we'd be beginning the next chapter of our lives in the autumn, and that's exactly what he delivered. They are a very friendly team and extremely conscientious. We really couldn't have been happier with how the house sale went and their recommendation of a solicitor was also spot on. Thank you Ben, George and the rest of the Truro team. We wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

Despite many unforeseen problems with the sale Sally remained calm throughout (and therefore kept me calm as well!) and was very supportive, friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend East of Exe to others… they were really very good.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
