I recently had an issue with the boiler in my property and reached out to Gina Neves from Dixon. I must say, the service I received was exceptional! From the moment I raised the issue, she responded promptly and arranged for a technician to fix the problem in no time.
Gina Neves ensured that the issue was resolved quickly, and everything was back to normal. I truly appreciate the high level of service and would highly recommend Dixons to anyone looking for reliable and fast property management.

Today we viewed a property managed by Dixons, and we were very pleased with it.
The house was very cozy and lovely and the agent presenting it, Katrina, she was able to answer any questions we had and presented the property without pressuring us, which I appreciate since it gives us time to look around peacefully.
I want to add that unlike some other agencies, Dixons always answer their phone, which can be frustrating if you have to call multiple times just to get in touch.
Overall, very good agency!

Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.

Just went for an open viewing today at Equipoint in Yardley. Firstly, the atmosphere that the Dixons agents created was friendly and approachable. From entering the building to viewing the apartments, everything was impeccable. Secondly, I would like to thank the agents today for taking the time to really listen to me and answer any questions I had. From the moment I called in the morning to enquire about the property to attending the viewing, my questions were answered swiftly and with such kindness. I was particularly interested in flat 214 and enjoyed the amount of space and light the apartment offers. I highly recommend Dixons for anyone looking to rent!! They have made this process a lot less daunting, I really appreciate it.
