Just went for an open viewing today at Equipoint in Yardley. Firstly, the atmosphere that the Dixons agents created was friendly and approachable. From entering the building to viewing the apartments, everything was impeccable. Secondly, I would like to thank the agents today for taking the time to really listen to me and answer any questions I had. From the moment I called in the morning to enquire about the property to attending the viewing, my questions were answered swiftly and with such kindness. I was particularly interested in flat 214 and enjoyed the amount of space and light the apartment offers. I highly recommend Dixons for anyone looking to rent!! They have made this process a lot less daunting, I really appreciate it.

Andy Morris at Dixons has been amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond of what was expected. I wouldn’t have been able to do this process without him. Fantastic service by Dixons particularly my experience with Andy. I recently completed on a flat at the Birmingham city centre. All communications with Dixons were quick, thorough and provided me with all the information I needed. Andy really helped both myself and the seller to complete smoothly, I cannot but highly recommend him and Dixons !

Andy worked hard to sell our investment property which fell through at the last minute the first time due to new legislation with hi rise apt blocks but he persevered along with accord lets who kept the property rented for us and finally achieved a sale

We had the pleasure of dealing with Dixons,in Birmingham,selling a property at a very difficult time. I lost my ex partner and great friend due to the pandemic. Selling his property, especially under these circumstances, along with everything else,was a very stressful time.
All I can say is, Andrew Morris was fantastic, he was very friendly, extremely helpful, approachable and could not do enough for me. We had our problems with buyers, but Andy was always there helping us through this difficult time, with empathy & understanding.
I'm so happy we decided to use Dixons, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
