If I could give nought I would. Never answer their phone messaging service. You leave a message and no one gets back to you. Trying to sell my house with this going on is a nightmare. We are that disappointed we are going to another estate agents!

Given so many chances to the point where I’m frustrated now.
Never answer the phone, take ages to respond to email. As in you would think with you wanting to purchase from them they would be more responsive? Nope.
Great houses for purchase etc but absolutely woeful with communication.

I'm writing this review 2 years after dealing with these people. I was going to let this go and move on ive never written a review before in my life but feel I must on this set off people I feel guilty that I didn't do it before as I had a conversation with someone else who the have let down so badly that I thought the more people that are aware to avoid at all cost.Honestly to describe them as incompetent is putting it mildly Steven Liz and Michael put us through hell well handling the sale of our house Please for your own sanity avoid at all costs only reason its one star is not option for zero

The team at Entwistle Green have been amazing! Elliot firstly for his amazing advice, realistic valuation and honesty. Then the team who listed, arranged an entire open day the day after listing and then dealing with the sale… Steven and Liz in particular have been incredible. I am finally in my new home and could not be happier, would recommended the team at Entwistle Green Walton to anybody!!!

Recently sold our old home and bought our new forever home through this branch! It was a long process to due to various delays beyond our control or the estate agents control but Steve and his team were excellent from start to finish and so helpful! They constantly kept us updated with updates and kept pushing to get everything across the finish line for us. We are so grateful and thank you to you all for all your help. We couldn’t be happier in our new home.
