Joe provided excellent advice on our initial valuation and presented the property perfectly. The sales team organised viewings even before we went on the market and always provided feedback promptly and were always available to us. We had a difficult chain but they post sales team were always so supportive and proactive by giving us advice and chasing the sale through. Thanks for all your help, highly recommended!

They were always quick to respond, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and kept me updated throughout so I never felt out of the loop. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and I always felt confident I was in safe hands. They went above and beyond to find the best deal for me, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend Adam and Jan to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and efficient mortgage advisor!

Beth, Leanne and Tom helped us well and were in constant contact. They helped us with any questions we had and made the process less stressful! Would highly recommend them ??????

I especially appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best possible results. I highly recommend Northwood Liverpool to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality estate agency services. I would gladly work with them again!
19th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. I proceeded with a property purchase through them last June, only to discover very late in the process in November—after significant time and money had already been invested—that the property was subject to cladding issues. This critical information was not disclosed upfront, and it was only uncovered during solicitor enquiries close to completion. As a result, I had no choice but to terminate the purchase, losing around £1,500 in the process and substantial amount of distress. To make matters worse, the agency had recommended a solicitor to me to facilitate the process, who is now pursuing me for around £1,400 in fees, despite the transaction collapsing due to issues that should have been identified and disclosed much earlier. This has left me significantly out of pocket through no fault of my own. Dreams and hopes shattered! I formally raised this issue with the agency via email back in November, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of accountability and basic communication is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable had proper due diligence been carried out. I am still dealing with the financial consequences months later. I will be posting reviews on other channels too. Avoid this agency at all costs.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
