Very POOR communication really Bad services I paid a deposit and within a week they said I have lost the deposit it been taking!! I fill all the ref that was need the guantour only got sent on Thursday by Friday evening they toke it back to the market..
Also when I called on Sataday it was like they didn't want me from the beginning I was so Sad. but never mind there plenty HOUSE out there..

If I could give a rating of -5 stars I would, had my property on the market with this company for 12 months, after having offers in excess of £15k below the asking price and being told they strongly recommended me to take the offer!
After taking the house off the market for 2 months I put it for sale with another company who within 4 weeks got me THE FULL ASKING PRICE for the property, throughout my experience it felt like all they cared about was making a quick sale and meeting sale targets rather than looking after my interests
My husband Andrew McKay and I have recently purchased our first buy-to-let property. We have no experience in this area so were venturing into the unknown.
