We decided to use Fletchers as their Internet reviews were complimentary and the website was well laid out. The valuation exceeded those we received from other agents within the area and in hindsight proved to be too high given the work required to bring the probate house up to standard. After initial viewings all went quiet. Perhaps we should have taken the lead and suggested an earlier price drop. Communication re the sales team was excellent as were the attended viewings. Overall the experience has been positive though perhaps could have been more focused when viewings were lacking.

This was the second time we had tried to sell the house. We had a very negative time with our first estate agent. Fletchers were reassuring and communicated throughout.

Annette and the team at Fletcher and Co Derby gave us a fantastic level of service throughout. This was a very challenging sale due to our family circumstances but Fletchers handled every new challenge with utter professionalism and a positive approach. They never once dropped the ball, with excellent communication and a drive to solve every problem (non of which arose from them). They immediately got lots of people viewing and were excellent at following everything through, monitoring every sale in the chain to ensure it all happened as planned. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Fletchers enough, the team there are amazing and had it not been for them the chain would have collapsed on several occasions. Attentive, communicative and they go above and beyond.
