I was over the moon, from the first phone call to collecting the keys both Lauren and Emily were fantastic, answering all my questions in a timely manner and being honest about everything from the start, I cannot thank them enough.

From start to finish, they were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. They kept me consistently informed at every stage, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and clearly. Their communication was excellent, and it felt like they actually cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me, not just getting things done. I always knew where I stood, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.

From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, supportive, and truly went above and beyond to help us secure our new home. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and she was always understanding, helpful, and reassuring. She made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier and smoother for us. I am honestly so grateful for all her help and support. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Bagshaws Residential Estate Agents to anyone looking for a professional. They are efficient and fast but with a friendly approach that makes every step of the way so easy and stress free. They help and support and nothing is never too much to ask for. I will most certainly be recommending to everyone.
9th May 2026 (11 days ago)If I could rate 0 I would. Went to view a house at 5pm being the last one of the day. Put the holding deposit down not realising it was non refundable and not being told beforehand. Cancelled our application three hours later and sent an email at half 8 at night confirming. They are now withholding the deposit claiming our application had been chosen above everyone else’s even though there was never an application to begin with. We simply viewed the house. Paid the deposit without being properly informed and then fob you off and don’t respond to emails asking for further clarification. Rules broken under the tenancy act of 2019 which is also not being acknowledged so have now raised with trading standards and the bank. No work or admin or anything was undertaken in those three hours to justify withholding the sum of money they have. Avoid and use someone else!!

15th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thanks to Francesca and her letting team, including Gabrielle and Jayde for the friendly and professional service, letting out our three bedroom house in Beeston. The marketing worked well and new tenants were found within two weeks of putting the property on the market. I thought getting the house ready in time for the tenants to move in right after Easter would be a challenge, given repairs, decoration and change of carpets. It was well managed, and their contractors knew what is required for a let property and did a very good job.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

For the past 3 years we were well and truly looked after by Sammy, Sarah and the team. We can’t praise them enough for their services and helpfulness during our tenancy period. For anyone wanting to rent, buy or else I highly recommend this business.
