I am currently in the process of finding somewhere to live. I found some properties I like and have put an application in for one. So far, Sophie has been very helpful, friendly and professional. She called me today simply to let me know there wasn't an update just yet but she would keep me informed. Service like that is so important to me, and I really appreciate being kept informed, even if there isn't much of an update to give. I can't comment on the experience of actually renting through Bagshaws because I haven't got that far yet, but so far my experience has been great.

They are the worst letting agents we have came accross with. Please avoid them. They have very less properties in their list. Also their sales guys don't have full information about the property, landlord, i.e. available utilities at property like heating, electrical, parking keys. Absolutely hostile behaviour if something goes wrong after you move in.
The most annoying thing is, Bagshaw is managed by another company called Swquence. If something goes wrong in the property, you need to go through 4 parties, Sequence, Bagshaws, Landloed and the local property management company. They make your footbal and you are left unattended for weeks after you registered complaints. Really horrible experience. We left the property within 6 months. Please please avoid them. IMS is the best. Good assistance, negotiable rates and good service. Shame on you Bagshaws.
