Disappointing. Unfulfilled promises. A weekly marketing update was promised which only happened once. Poor communication from the team. I wouldn't use them again.

The manager convinced us to have an Open Day agreed on a date - nothing was done and he left. A new manager visited us assured us all was well- Lies- NO OPEN DAY- we had a viewing on Friday day before the open day the agent had NO IDEA of the property or location was late for the appointment. I had to show them the property !! DO NOT use FOX & SONS ever they talk that’s all. A proper RIP OFF
