17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I had to go through a few letting agents when I was trying to find an apartment for me and my family. It was only after I got in touch with this company that I felt provided sterling service . They were so professional and took me through every step . My first consultant was Mia and she answered all my questions and make sure they were addressed. Mia helped me to secure the current apartment. Then Molly facilitated the contract and all other requirements for this to happen. Molly and Mia were exceptional in ensuring that my family's needs were met. I wish I had written this much earlier but I was still trying to connect internet to my new apartment. These two ladies are very good at what they do. Keep it up Molly and Mia. I hope to work better with Jess too.And thank you very much we love our apartment.

6th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)PS&B have been witholding all funds for over 3 months and should be avoided at all costs, we moved out 2 months ago with no deductions to the deposit and have not gotten the money back, with numerous staff we are emailing leaving the business over the past few weeks - still no resolution.<br><br>Please Google them to see the relevant articles, avoid!!

During our search for a property we were helped by all of them - John, Lisa, Kelly, Donna - with viewing properties and finally closing a deal on our dream home. Garry then ensured everything progressed smoothly to completion. All the team were knowledgeable about the area, attentive, welcoming (especially when I kept anxiously popping in to the branch!) and reassuring during a challenging time for us. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

James checking in regularly to see how things were carrying on and had impeccable communication skills. He came with a wealth of knowledge about the local community that we were moving into and gave some great insights into schools and local clubs for our children. We are very happy with our new purchase and cannot wait to make long lasting memories together as a family.

13th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sawyer & Co on a purchase in Brighton. Our main point of contact was Bob Beaken, and communication throughout was poor - basic management pack queries went unchased for weeks, information was mixed and kept changing, and updates were inconsistent.<br><br>The low point came when, after a brief and entirely reasonable visit to discuss timings with the seller, I received a call from Bob lecturing me about the visit rather than helping resolve the underlying delays that had caused the frustration in the first place. The seller withdrew from the sale shortly afterwards, at which point I'd have expected a competent, professional agent to be working to keep the sale together rather than adding friction to an already stressed situation.<br><br>We had cash in hand and were ready to proceed quickly. The lack of proactive, professional handling from this agency made an already difficult process worse. Can't recommend
