If any visits needs to be arranged i.e Flat inspection, I always got sufficient notice and there was never a problem to rearrange it to suit my schedule when I needed it. Amy Parry has been my primary contact since the beginning and I'm very grateful for her patience and the support. I also dealt with Matt & Sasha and again, efficient and prompt communication. From the first valuation and all the information and guidance I was given, to the viewing that sold it to my buyers, I felt 100% confident with Brand Vaughan as my sale agents. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They were all really friendly and easy to contact. I was also impressed with the fees as they seemed very competitive compared to other estate agents I tried. Really happy with the service. Mia was very helpful and resourceful throughout the beginning process and walked us through all our options. After renting we dealt with Tracey for everything relating to the flat, renewing the contract etc. and she was fantastic. Very helpful and always prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. Throughout we had an excellent experience and would recommend Sawyers & Co if looking for an agency to find a place to rent

12th Sep 2024 (18 weeks ago)We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated sales process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. She kept us informed throughout and formed a bridge between us and the buyer- her reassurance and support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Brand and Vaughan . Thank you so much for getting us to the finish line!

15th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have just let our property with Knight & Knoxley. Luke was exceptional in his role to help us. He got the ball rolling straight away and a tenant was found immediately. Luke was extremely good at communicating back and forth with us and the tenant. He was efficient and responsive. He always answered our questions, set up meetings and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company to others.

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process! Thanks so much to the whole team who played a part in this next chapter for us! Highly recommend this Estate Agents who always had our best interests at heart.
18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Trust me and trust these agents! Marc and Josh have been perfection personified. Thank you both - so much appreciated.

Michael and his team have been great! they slowed the process down and really tailored a strategy for me and my needs. If your looking for an agent that actually cares and does what they say they are going to do, call them!!
