My purchase wasn’t the most straightforward (through no fault of theirs), but Ebba, Angela and the rest of the team were consistently supportive and responsive throughout. I couldn’t have asked for more from an estate agent.

Harry Mishons was was incredibly easy to contact, informative and pragmatic from booking the first viewing, all the way to completion. During the process, they were informative and supportive in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible while we made sure it was the right purchase for us. Keira and Harry checked in during the process and kept us informed and were very helpful Mishons were also supportive on giving access to the property for further visits, including prior to completion. I am still amazed at how smoothe the buy process was, compared to what I was expecting and Mishons were a huge part of this. I would recommend them to anyone

24th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I can’t fault the hard work that Aidan and Harry have put into selling our flat. When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The whole team are committed, enthusiastic and professional. From day one I felt absolutely confident that Josh and his associates were interested in my specific needs and could support me through a complicated sale. I'm able to recommend them without hesitation. If you want prompt, personal and very professional service from a team dedicated to delivering your requirements, then Cox and Co have got to be your first choice. 6th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.

She's been amazing to deal with - super professional, excellent communication and organised with the contract and admin side of things. She has found amazing tenants. Very happy with Leaders service. Superb service by Molly at Leaders in 2022. Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.

I actually dropped into the branch unannounced and he immediately gave me his full attention, putting everything else aside to help. He took the time to properly understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful, practical advice rather than simply sending listings. He was generous with his time, proactive, and genuinely engaged throughout. In a market where that level of service is rare, Ted is a real credit to the Kemptown team. I would highly recommend him!
