it's been an absolute pleasure to be a customer of Good life Homes. everyone I have spoken to and dealt with at every stage has been so professional and courteous. but a special mention to Gina who has guided me through this whole often stressful process and kept me going and always giving strong motivational advice. Goodlife have been excellent throughout the process of selling my property. From the start with Dean he details the full process and guidance on listing. The office staff or nothing but helpful and Gina is constantly giving updates throughout the entire process and even acting as a therapist every now and then. From the initial enquiry and up until the exchange of contracts, the team at Goodlife were exemplary in their dealings throughout the whole process. After the valuation and photographs were taken, the property was put on the market on the Friday with the first viewing appointed for that afternoon. After a second viewing on the Saturday morning, an offer was received and Gina handled the negotiation with the client, agreed a price and the property sold, all within 24 hours. We were kept fully informed of the progress of the sale right up until the completion by Gina and the girls and I can unreservedly recommend Goodlife for the sale of any property. 10/10 Well done and thank you to all at Goodlife.
