We rent out three houses with Gordon Jones and have done so for several years. We have used other agents in the past but Gordon Jones have always given us the best service. Malcolm is always helpfull, knowledgable and efficient. If you are looking for an agent to manage your properties I would highly recommend them.

Maxine from Gordon Jones helped us to find our dream home recently and I cannot fault the service we have had from her. Most properties we viewed, the estate agent seemed to know very little about the property, where things were, what was under warranty and what wasn’t and typically they didn’t seem personable and just wanted the sale. Maxine is clearly someone who really cares about her job and genuinely answered every question about the property we had, from the warranty on the windows to the age of the boiler, she knew everything about this property. It really reassured us on the purchase and made us feel like we were in safe hands. It didn’t feel like we were dealing with a sales person but someone who cared about the seller and wanted to find the right buyer for them.
Thank you Maxine for all of your help on our purchase and for your incredibly professional, responsive and reassuring approach. We are so appreciative!

We haven't used the solicitors but did sell our house with Gordon Jones Estate agency .
From the moment Maxine walked into our home we were " sold " ( excuse the pun ) . She was friendly, approachable, brilliant sense of humour, which puts you at ease , a mind field of knowledge & walked us through the process at each stage . Always available to answer any queries we had & if not available would always get back to us quickly .
I cannot express , the beyond excellent service that Maxine delivers , and have no hesitation in recommending Gordon Jones estate agents but especially Maxine.

Needed to speak to these solicitors after a family member had a a-will with them, seems many years later now the correct advice wasn’t given and now we come to sell a property it’s still in the name of someone that dies 18 years ago, we rang to find out whether the correct action/ advice was given, the receptionist was dismissive once she knew we had appointed another solicitor for the property sale and the partner solicitor was very patronising… would not touch them again .

The worst solicitor I have EVER come across in my life. Denise Watkins does not take calls, does not answer emails, doesn’t return calls, she doesn’t do ANYTHING. She has cost us two purchases now because of her sheer laziness. DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL SOLICITORS.

Denise Watkins is shockingly slow doesn’t respond to enquires and has just made our property fall through. Avoid at all costs. Shouldn’t be practising. Shocking.

We were asked to show some papers and Identification at the Rubery Office .
The person accompanying me had travelled 80 miles to show herself in person , with regards to a house purchase but on arrival we were not allowed beyond the office porchway.
It was entirely reasonable to request the person wear a mask but how can her identity be verified any more than mailing her documents in , as she was not asked to pop her mask off at any time .
It seemed more emphasis was placed on not allowing anyone , anywhere near the office .
I resent paying over £800 to be offered service in a doorway.
It seems to me it would be polite and professional to be invited inside .
