Charlie and the team did an excellent job and we were delighted with the result. They managed the process very efficiently, communicated well at every step and were professional throughout. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them

Communication was excellent, and their modern, leading approach to marketing really stood out compared with other agents in the area.<br><br>Although our onward purchase unfortunately fell through, Alice and Molly were fantastic throughout the process and a real credit to Nicol & Co. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Every step of the way she kept us involved, and was thorough in her approach to letting us know the status of each stage! From fitting me in to a quick viewing at 20 past 4, to finally handing us over the keys to our new house!<br>I was also shown around this house, with Lily, who was amazing at her first viewing.<br>Connells as a whole has been a rather refreshing experience than our previous letting agent. We are so excited for our new journey.

We were selling a house from 100 miles away, so it was reassuring to know Oulsnam's were keeping an eye on things when we couldn't be there. Emails and phone calls were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the whole process has been incredibly smooth and very easy. We would recommend Oulsnam's very highly!

Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)Connells - Kidderminster

7th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Ha ha the branch blocked me on tiktok as I pointed out a panorama programme regarding their company and conditional selling, basically the group forced buyers to use their mortgage services, which are not whole of market and therefore do not give best advice. Stay clear people.

Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. She outshone her competitors and there was no question that I would entrust the sale of my house with her and the team at Arden’s Worcester.<br>She applied careful consideration to the valuation, evidencing her thoughts and explained a clear strategy (without being asked) about how she was going to sell our home. Her approach is truthful and professional, she clearly loves her job and it really showed!<br>Old school values combined with her drive, enthusiasm and understanding of the market and her customers gives me confidence that Dominique and the team will do their very best and that is all I can ask. I will add another review when we sell!
