From the beginning through to completion they did everything in their power to make the process as quick and as efficient as possible. From conveying our love of the property to the seller to help us secure the best price, to chasing our solicitors for updates, the team at Ryder & Dutton are fantastic, efficient and friendly. A special mention to Catherine Sailsbury for always being so approachable, kind and responsive. You really made the whole process all the more exciting and enjoyable, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts from both of us.

(154 reviews)3rd Sep 2024 (30 days ago)I first met with Sasha at my late mother's property in November 2023. The house was in a bit of a mess as my mother had been ill for some time before her death. Sasha was so kind and patient with me as I was feeling very overwhelmed at the time. She gave me advice on what I did and did not need to with my mother's property in order to get it ready for sale. She gave the best guide on when to begin marketing the property. The best guide price and showed me similar properties, so that I had a good idea on the price guide. From then onwards Sasha and the Kidderminster team have been absolutely brilliant. Guiding me all the way with regards offers and viewings on the property. It's been a long journey due to probate delays. But Sasha and her team have kept me upto date. Despite through no one's fault two sale offers falling through. They continued to market my property with same energy as they did right at the very beginning. Which is rare as often you can get left behind. I am so grateful for the professionalism Connels have shown me through the sale of my late mother's property.
30th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I booked in with shipways to come and value my house unfortunately due to bereavement I e mailed to cancel as it was a bank holiday, conformation of my email came back and said it was cancelled. I also asked them not to call me I would contact them as I was under a lot of stress unfortunately they didn’t communicate this so I was was called a further 5 times, each time I told them not to call me again. 1 star for poor communication. How can I trust them to sell my house if they can’t follow a simple request. The same guy called me 3 times.Connells - Birmingham City

Not only is it clearly company policy to rarely answer the phone in the office, I have twice been stood up by them when they have arranged a viewing at my property. Each time they have failed to contact me on the day to inform that they were not showing up. On top of this, I was wondering why there was low interest in my property it turns out that they had listed it as ‘let agreed’. Callum, John, Bryn and the ever forgetful Nikita are all the stars of the connells show you really want to avoid at all costs.
13th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)Lettings manager Olly is a legend. He made me feel at ease, reassured me and asnwered all my questions. Very good knowledge on the current market. I say he's wasted in his current position and could be better utilised higher up managing things on a larger scale. His confidence was matched with professionalism and thats the only reason I gave my property to the agency.

12th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)I would just like to say to the powers to be at Dixons head office , if I had a gold medal I would award it to the team at Redditch branch , I cannot begin to tell how supportive they have been During a difficult time in my life where I battled cervical cancer and selling my home Lisa ,Amanda, and Kate have been there all the way .They have proved time and time again to be the most effective, supportive caring and professional staff I have ever met. My house purchase is almost completed so I’m going to ensure that the company knows how special these people are. As a team they are assets to your company and hopefully they are recognised for the work they do. They have passion , commitment ,and dedication beyond reproach.
21st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Avoid this estate agent They list property even if its not ready to move in. Landlords try to contact you directly. Non professional /serious behaviour by the agents. They don't care about what you upto just want to make money legally or illegally. They tried to keep my holding deposit. Tried to charge me the money for references. When i complained PRS they gave me my money back. Clearly shows how they are doing business. Bussiness is all about customers they need to learn that. AVOID THEM OR BE READY FOR ANY SITUATION

From beginning to end, they been friendly, approachable and great communicators, while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. I want to give a special mention to Steve and Sam, who have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my home. Their dedication and expertise made the experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. I wholly recommend Hunters Estate Agency and can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received! Thank you!!
2nd Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)It took a few months to get a buyer for our property, possibly due to the fact that we are not local to G&T Properties; we maybe would have moved our property sooner through a more local estate agent. However, the staff at G&T are great, especially Louise, who supported us through some issues with quite a difficult prospect buyer. Thank you to the team at G&T!
18th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them
20th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)I wanted to add a review about the most amazing experience my family had from Arden Estates. We have just exchanged on our house (sell and buy) which was handled by Leanne at the Worcester branch. She took over after the sales were agreed and I have to say that her professionalism, and understanding that this was very important to us, landed us the house of our dreams. She kept in regular contact with me via email and by phone on an almost daily basis to let me know the progress, ask questions or clarify questions I had. We had a bit of a difficult experience from the buyers but she managed it really well and ensured that the deal didn’t break down. A wonderful experience and one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Arden as a whole is a very good estate agents and I would 100% use again.

27th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)The Belvoir has the worst service attitude. The staff scheduled an apartment viewing and left me waiting in the rain for half an hour, only to ask if I could reschedule to 11am next day/ when I showed up the next morning. They flat-out denied agreeing to the appointment, Giving the excuse that it was Friday and they didn’t want to work(funny, lazy). They sarcastically suggested I look elsewhere, saying they didn’t need my bussinese. If you are looking for a stable and suitable property quickly, avoid this agency. They won’t offer you any help and will make your experience terrible. As a foreigner living in the Birmingham for 7 years/ this has been the worst rental agency experience I have ever had.

Laura did the first visit to value and went through everything without being pushy. The photos were top notch taken by a friendly and efficient professional. Once offer accepted, Lesley worked tirelessly throughout the process to make sure that completion was achieved in time to meet the new build developers deadline. A+ service at a competitive price.
