1st Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My mum was interested in arranging a viewing for a property and contacted the company several times. Each time, she was told that someone would get back to her shortly, but no one ever did. Despite multiple follow-ups, her enquiries were never properly addressed, and the property has now been sold. We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The lack of communication and failure to follow up made it seem as though our interest in the property was not taken seriously. When my mum called to express her disappointment, all she received was a brief apology with no real explanation or effort to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to others. The service was unprofessional, frustrating, and far below what we expected.
26th May 2026 (27 days ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.
11th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Alice, Jake and Molly have all been very helpful with the purchase of our potential new home so far. They have been very willing to answer questions, send referrals for quotes for surveyors to help us out amd generally keeping in contact with us and keeping everyone updated. This is the first time we have ever moved home and everyone says its the most stressful thing you can do, so far with all the help and support I have received this has been far from the case. Keeping everything crossed it goes smoothly for the remaining part! ??????
30th May 2026 (23 days ago)Just a review for Thomas Wallace - mortgage advisor (not the other parts of Connells that we used). Thomas was amazing and at one point in the house buying process was the only person who we felt was working really hard for us. We offered on lots of houses with varying asking prices, so needed lots of AIPs and some were emailed to us minutes after asking. Every meeting was easy and everything explained really simply. Happy with our mortgage product and really felt like nothing was too much for him. Thank you! Sophie and Danny.

10th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We recently purchased a property marketed by Hills. We viewed a few places and dealt with different agents and I have to say, Hills were one of the best! They followed up after our viewing and even though technically we weren’t their clients, they were always helpful and friendly. If I was to put our house on the market they would definitely be on top of the list of agencies I’d consider going with.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy at Connells - he works in an incredibly transparent and informative fashion and tries his best to be as available and responsive to queries as his diary allows - even worked flexibly out of hours to meet tight deadlines! It’s safe to say my sale and onward purchase would not be happening if it wasn’t for Jeremy, his support has been worth every penny any more!!! He has truly gone above and beyond his role and I am so grateful!!

- 8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m not sure how they’ve had my review removed concerning 10 swan street. I lived there for 18 months, the bedroom ceiling was thick with black, dripping wet mould. I left the house to which they kept my deposit despite the circumstances they had me living in. I can now see its up for sale with pictures showing they’ve attempted to paint over the mould which you can still see. Jackie had a terrible attitude and any issues with the property they werent interested in.

Although we sold to the first couple who viewed, It’s been a long and difficult sale due to multiple chain collapses. Despite setbacks and having to deliver difficult news, Vicki stayed positive, proactive and committed to getting the barn sold and completed. We would ?????? recommend the Allan Morris team. They have been approachable, warm, efficient and conducted our property sale in an open and ethical way.
