He is calm, proactive and always quick to get back to me when I have a query. Selling a property can be stressful, but Ryan has made it very easy for me. I highly recommend Leaders to anyone selling in the Midlands area, and ask for Ryan Peters!

5th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I dealt with Michael Swords who listed my property in Digbeth area of Birmingham. He was utterly useless, I’ve been emailing asking him to take the property off the market for more than 3 months without reply, it’s still listed. Zero professionalism. Do not use.

29th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

1st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)If I had choice to give zero then I would be happy.This company rubbish ,unprofessional and racist company.I did enquiry about a house after three days of mocking around me they said house is available in £1000 instead of £885 but still I said I want to view they said we had no email ID to contact you even I got two emails from them about the rubbish room.They judge people from there accents and treated very badly to non British people.My British friend call them front of me they were offering him to view appointment so don’t go through this so called company for letting .
