GF have gone above & beyond for us!
Great contact all the way through and sound advice. We were able to speak to them at any time via WhatsApp and they were so good at getting back to us, even outside of office hours.
They really came into their own once our house sold, though. Our buyer’s solicitors were causing all sorts of issues and GF fought so hard for us to get things pushed through! It was a stressful time for everyone but we felt really well supported, kept in the loop, and like the team were giving their blood, sweat and tears for us.

It was brilliant working with Grayson Florence to buy our house. They were friendly and super efficient. They gave us regular progress updates and helped us each time we had questions or something we were unsure about. When we were viewing the house right at the beginning of the process they showed us in and then left us to look round ourselves which we really appreciated so we could take it all in, and then they were on hand at the end of the viewing to answer questions. Many thanks to the whole team who helped the sale of our property. As soon as we changed our agent to David Florence, the whole process of selling the property became so much more efficient. As agents, they were very proactive in marketing the property and provided sound advice. I never had to chase people, I received a weekly update on the agreed day and the whole process became so much less stressful.

I liked Grayson Florence as they use an app which enables both the seller and buyers to see updates in really time, no waiting for them to open the next day.

From start to finish David and the team have been fantastic. They listened to our needs and gave us advice to fit that. Not focused on a quick sale and getting rid of us, but taking the moving journey with us. Because of this we found our dream
