We found Charlotte and her team absolutely brilliant. Totally professional. We are moving to WIltshire from out of area and this adds to the already difficult process of viewing potential houses. However, Charlotte and Olivia went totally out of their way to help us, even coming in on a day off to enable a viewing. Charlotte never had her phone off!! I don't understand why you phoned me and took all my information, only to still ask me to call you to book a viewing because you can't be bothered to check your emails. I specifically told you to auto-book me for a viewing if a property becomes available. Within five minutes of me getting a notification about a property, it's already gone. It seems like viewings were pre-booked. Also, I can see that you reported this as a fake review to Google. You have no shame in lying. You must be dreaming if you think this review will disappear....
