The worst agency ever. I signed a contract with them on April. After a month the boiler stopped working n didn't have a hot water for three months. I called them they said we only take the rent. Once I stopped paying the rent the boiler was fixed. Couldn't take if anymore ad the flat was in a horrible start especially when it started getting cold. Mould water dripping from the walls...
After I left I asked for my deposit and they replied you'll have to get it from your landlord even though I payed it to them.
I'll rather stay homeless than renting out from them

Sold my place, no problem. Promised to help me with finding a new property, failed dismally & once my property was sold, never responded to messages,had to keep trying until I could get through to speak to them. Very poor service.

I would highly recommend Haarts estate agent.
Francessca was very professional and friendly. Communication with them was excellent, we were kept informed of all developments.
All the staff were excellent and very knowledgeable.
We felt that they were looking to secure the best price for the.property.
Easily the best estate agent we have dealt with,we won't be using any other agent to sell our existing properties.

After a slow start (listing your house in school summer holidays...!) I got an offer for the amount I wanted. Joe was always at the end of the phone and email, even chasing my onward purchase as well! Very friendly and prompt with all enquiries. Thank you, moving before xmas!!
