Paddi Denvir dealt with our sale and was extremely professional and knowledgeable assisting us through a very long and problematic chain. Paddi kept us updated throughout the process and her cheery disposition and encouraging words helped us feel positive about the move when at times the situation looked bleak with constant issues with one of the purchasers. After 35 years in the same house we are now happily settled in Cranbrook, we can’t thank Paddi and the wonderful team at Hamptons for their kindness and support and would not hesitate to recommend them. The Hamptons Sevenoaks Letting Team has provided a fully managed letting service for my property for the last 10 years. I have found their professionalism, expertise and support invaluable; especially in dealing with the expectations of very demanding tenants. Over the years, the team (Mark, Rose, Calum & Daisy) has been successful at minimising the gaps between tenancies by crisp marketing, clear communications and well-structured documentation processes. During tenancies, the team has dealt promptly & efficiently with issues raised by our tenants and escalated any issues for my attention in a timely manner. Hamptons has access to a good pool of trusted contractors who can be engaged to attend to any issues at my property, to ensure any inconvenience to my tenants is minimised. Most recently, I have had cause to draw upon the centralised expertise of the Hamptons’ Dilapidations Team (especially Gemma), who have been able to guide me through the initial process of requesting compensation for the damage caused to my property by the tenants who vacated earlier this year. I have never had cause to use this process before, so their professional & considered guidance on initiating the process has been invaluable.
