19th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was great to have Jenna as our estate agent for this house purchase and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We had a very stressful move, with three house purchases falling down late in the process before finally completing on this house, so we had experience of a lot of estate agents in South East London. I can confidently say that Jenna is the best of the lot and its not even close. We found with most estate agents, as they are paid by the seller, they have little concern for the buyer. We had several agents mess us around, deliberately mislead us, or keep information from us that led to us wasting both time and money, but Jenna was always sympathetic to our situation, was happy to do anything we asked and always did thinks quickly, and kept us immediately informed of any updates. It really felt like she was on our side, and we could trust her, which was really important to us after so many failed purchases. Thank you Jenna for everything and keep doing what you're doing!

I felt they really looked after both me and my landlord in terms of our tenancy. It’s hard to find agencies that really care and I simply can’t recommend these guys enough!

Choosing an agency is the first hurdle and most importantly to me was that I engaged with the team on a level and trusted them and the process. I connected with Sophie from day 1 and she made my experience seamless. She is understanding, patient, attentive, timely and excels with strong communication, regular updates and support. Sophie ensured I was well informed, kept in the loop and advised through every step,action and transition. She made my experience enjoyable and stress free with warmth, humour and compassion. Oliver and his team in Locksbottom are quite simply "the best"!
29th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)What can I say - the brief version is that without Hamptons and Paddi Denvir in particular we know we would not have managed to exchange when we did. Impossible to conceive of getting through these transactions without stress, but we are so grateful to Paddi and the team for taking so much of that stress on for us and pushing this through, it made a huge difference. Real transactions specialists are hard to find. Highly highly recommended - and I'm afraid that is the first time I've felt that way after 6 house moves :) Well done to this team !

It was not the easiest of transactions but at all times Stuart was on hand to answer any questions or negotiate with the sellers on varying points, under sometimes difficult circumstances. We were not disappointed, from the skill in creating beautiful photography to efficiently running days of viewings, to managing and driving through the purchase after offer. What would have been stumbling blocks to many were ridden out with Natalie’s expertise and handling. Strongly recommend giving them a call if you’re thinking of selling.
