19th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)They were great and was able to sell our property within 5 days of being on the market. They are on the pricey side but because of the quick sale, it seemed justifiable. Only drawback is they were adamant we would get a for sale/sold sign but it never arrived.

7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We had a very poor experience trying to let our property with JDM. We did not receive a single valid offer in over 3 months. The one offer received had a dog which we stated at the outset is not permitted by the headlease. Within 2 weeks of moving to another estate agent, we accepted an offer. I had to regularly chase for updates and re-wrote the listing blurb. I felt it was an overall poor experience with little enthusiasm and drive to complete the letting!

They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.

We were particularly pleased with the approach and help from Jack Frendo who assisted us from the initial viewing through to settling in and help with accessing and interfacing with the landlord. Highly recommended.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
