We chose Savills based on their reputation and reviews. It's possible our property wasn't 'prestigious' enough for them, but it's impossible to know as they didn't respond to our calls or emails.
Throughout the management of our sale Lisa was most helpful ringing buyers and making appointments within a very short period(2days),very professional in how she handled our sale and although we were apprehensive initially as to wether she could deliver we sold on first viewing, don't think we were lucky, think we picked the right person for our sale,absolutely fantastic Estate Agents with brilliant staff, highly recommended.
Paul and his team helped us work through the sale process through difficult circumstances, we are living in the US and were selling remotely over 4500 miles and 7 time zones! This made communication difficult (we are 7 hours behind the UK) and maybe because of this, we sometimes felt a little isolated and lacking reassurance that everything that could be done to make the sale happen, was being done. That being said, we would recommend them as they got the best price possible and gave good service up to and beyond the sale of our property.
Hamptons Sevenoaks have been absolutely brilliant at finding my husband and I a super apartment, managing the letting initially, and recently managing our end of lease arrangements.
This is due to the wonderful staff , particularly Sophie and Emma and all the other staff at this most friendly and helpful of offices.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are extremely knowledgeable and professional about all the processes involved in the processes of letting and management

Moving house is certainly stressful but can be made a bit easier with the right support from the various organisations involved and we can certainly compliment Haart Biggin Hill, and in particular Deborah, for their assistance and co-operation in what was quite a difficult move.

During that time and even though I did not subscribe to a managed service, the level of help and support that I have received from Helen Kessling, Becky Nijhuis and Isabelle Greaves in particular has been superb.
