He explained how the process worked and showed examples of previous sales in the area. Jack gave us the opportunity to be as much involved or as little as we wished. Very helpful with solicitors etc. His expertise has made the whole process of selling as stress free as possible, with regular updates from the whole team on the progression. Highly recommended for a first class job.

We have never felt out of the loop, phone calls, emails at every stage of the sale. The work they did on brochure was first class. All the viewers to the property were shown around in a friendly professional manner. Thank you.

Our viewing was carried out by Stuart and was the most relaxed and client-centred viewing we have ever had. Then following the acceptance of our offer Lucy took the reins and what could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier thanks to Lucy. 1st Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Natalie was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t consider using any other agent. Natalie had our house sold within 10 days of going on the market. The marketing and photos were great, she conducted loads of viewings and always sent an update the moment the viewers left. Her communication was second to none, I don’t think I ever waited more than 15 minutes for her to reply to an email and she always answered the phone. We really struggled finding an onward property and Natalie and Bradley gave us loads of advice to help us find a new home from offers to survey findings. Their communication was always straight forward and honest, they are certainly not your average agents. She wasn’t just amazing at getting our home under offer she also pursued progressing the chain wholeheartedly. She used her wealth of legal experience to help us move things along and unblock any barriers to progress. Absolutely fantastic agents, I would, and do, recommend them to anyone and will absolutely be back when our next sale comes around. Thank you both

7th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)We sold our flat with Eden Estates and it was the best thing we did. It was on the market with another estate agent for 6 months with barely any viewings and as soon as we put it up with Eden it sold in 3 months. After the sale, we worked with Lisa Quantrell who worked tirelessly (sometimes even outside of the sales hours) to chase solicitors and have difficult conversations with them when they weren’t doing their jobs. Without her, our flat wouldn’t have sold let alone gone all the way through to exchange. Despite the difficulties with solicitor communication, Lisa was the glue that held it together and kept it all going always with a positive attitude. She had us and our buyers’ best interests at heart throughout the whole sale. She is a star and we are so thankful for her. Would definitely recommend Eden to anyone selling or buying a property. Thank you again!
