I have found Hibbert Homes to be brilliant at collecting rent and dealing with all the accompanying issues to do with maintenance, repairs and utilities which otherwise I would have to spend time on. I have used HH since 2015 for a property in Hale, during which the service has been excellent. Very professional, with a sense of detail and urgency that I have rarely experienced with other agencies and have over 30 years experience of letting properties through agents
Moved a further property to them in Stockport, after disappointing service with another agent. They transitioned the property extremely well, with previous experiences reinforced, strong ongoing management, good reporting and issue handling have all been excellent. Thanks to all the HH teams in Hale and Stockport for providing peace of mind

Alex Perfect from Hibbert Homes truly did live up to his name. He was amazing throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He called me and informed me every step of the way, arranging viewings , accompanying viewers every time and giving extensive and honest feedback.. He was courteous, friendly and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. If I ran a business I’d employ him tomorrow. Unbelievably mature for his age. Charlie was also really helpful and courteous. I had the pleasure of having Neil and Amy looking after me as a first time landlord. They have be so considerate with my circumstances (inherited house) and have made sure the most suitable tenant has been put in the house. Their communication is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. They have made the process very easy for me and I would highly recommend them both.

We left Hibbert's nearly a year ago after being with Carrington's for well over 10 years. Carrington's was a friendly, highly efficient, family run company. After being taken over by Hibberts, the service changed completely. Our two houses were not inspected regularly and resulted in one of the houses having to have work completed to the cost of over GBP 25,000. This happened in summer 2023 - Hibbert's blamed Covid for the fact that the house had not been inspected regularly. Hibbert's was also often unresponsive to emails. Also, in my opinion, Hibberts no longer serves the needs of the Stockport market; landlords are much better served by local, Stockport-based company.
