After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed
11th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)I would like to pass on my thanks to Annie at the Didsbury branch for her help and advice when looking for both our new homes. She listens and empathises to our needs and comes up with possible properties and then always shows us around in a friendly, no pressure, very knowledgeable way. She is very organised, has attention to detail and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Buying a house is a very stressful and uncertain thing, and we do not often leave feedback, but I just wanted to pass on a recommendation for Annie at the Didsbury branch of Jordan Fishwick's help when finding your next home.

My mother wanted to sell her home but didn't want the stress, after her trying with an inferior estate agent, so she handed the sale over to me. I decided on Main and Main. We were dealt with professionally from the first visit right through the Conveyancing process and sale. When the house went live, we had viewings arranged within days and an offer made within a week. Cathy, Sam, Matt and Leila were always professional and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone selling their home.

They came round and photographed the property and was advertised up for sale the same afternoon. Viewings booked for the following weekend and sold within a week! Competitive pricing as well!

Jackie kept us updated throughout the Sale process, she pushed things along where necessary and was always available providing regular updates along the way - she's a star! I would therefore highly recommend this company.

10th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)I had an okay experience with this agency. The communication was great during the process, always kept informed by Reagan. There were a few times progress was stalled due to solicitors and Reagan stepped in to resolve straight away. The only thing I would offer as a suggestion is that, when I viewed my house for the first time, I thought I was making an appointment for a private viewing but it was an open house and this was overwhelming for me. Also, there was a need to go into the branch to speak to the mortgage advisor to make an offer and this was inconvenient for me (albeit this was waivered for me). To finish it off, Bridgfords gave me a little care package to say congratulations, which I think made a very stressful moving day a little easier. After moving in there were some communication issues, asking for the sign to be removed and also my house to be removed from RightMove. But other than that it was okay. Thank you Reagan! :)

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They've been responsive and clear throughout, tracking written questions and status updates. Based on our experience as a buyer we'll want to use them when we sell.
