However, I really want to highlight the excellent support I received from Ryan When Ryan stepped in, he handled everything professionally and consistently. He always made sure to return my calls, kept me updated, and worked hard to ensure things were resolved as smoothly as possible. I was going through quite a stressful time, and Ryan’s calm and reassuring approach genuinely made a difference. He took the time to listen and made me feel confident that everything would be sorted — which it eventually was. While my experience wasn’t perfect at the beginning, Ryan’s dedication and support really turned things around, and I’m very grateful for his help.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were exceptionally quick to respond to all of our queries, which made the whole process feel efficient and reassuring, particularly during the negotiation and post-offer stages. We never had to chase them for updates, and their proactive approach helped keep our purchase moving smoothly towards completion. We highly recommend Charles Louis Homes for their dedication to great customer service and fast, clear communication.

27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
