We have used Intercounty for the past 8 years to let and manage our house and have had nothing but efficient and expert service from them. We do not live locally to our property or their letting office and we have had absolutely no problems being a long distance landlord with them managing our tenants and carrying out property maintenance for us.

Had a very pleasant experience with this company. This was my first official move out into the renting world and they were helpful throughout, despite my multitude of questions.
Everything felt much easier and also very personal. I believe these guys are a chain, however definitely got the impression of it being a locally run estate agent.

Letting a property has been a straightforward process with good advice given from Intercounty. The inevitable problems that arose were professionally and quickly resolved with staff showing their internal communications were working well for both the landlord and incoming tenant.
