From the first phone call they have been so helpful, polite, professional and have been on hand to answer any queries and help with the obligatory couple of teething problems with any new property. They are without doubt, one of the best rental agencies I have ever used.

The process was very straightforward and I had the pleasure of having Jess as my contact throughout. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help with any queries I had. In addition, her positivity was infectious! Which is exactly what you need when going through a process that can be stressful at times. Also it was really good to have someone with great knowledge of the local area when it comes to deciding where to purchase.
2nd Nov 2024 (30 days ago)Had an appointment to view an apartment at 4:30 on Friday and had received 2 text messages from Abbotts confirming it, waited for half hour and when called them was told they'd given the keys to another estate agent and weren't coming out to the viewing. I'd travelled up from London specifically for the viewing and it was booked several days before. Was told they'd handed the keys over the day before so why didn't you bother to call or email me and let me know you were cancelling my appointment?!?! A three hour wasted return trip from London - this is absolutely disgraceful. Was then told they would arrange for the following day and would call me in the morning but no one could be bothered to call.

25th Nov 2024 (7 days ago)I bought my home using MiHomes, Pio was the agent who dealt with me purchase, and I couldn’t recommend him enough, I was so happy with all aspects, in particular his efficacy so as I could move in within my tight timeframe. He’s also a lovely person to deal with, which took some of the stress off what is otherwise considered a very stressful process. Thanks Pio!

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They constantly chased the solicitors and seller for any queries and helped us to get the purchase through. Thankyou all for all your help.

Ensum Brown were super helpful and lovely to deal with (especially Sarah Leach) and helped us get lots of questions answered quicker than our solicitor. Would recommend and use again in the future!
