Engaged with Thomas Kear to help with the conveyancing for a purchase on my new property and he was very helpful by suggesting simply. Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Peter James, very personable and knowledgable. My girlfriend and I have very different styles so he did really well to find us properties which catered to both our needs. We're both first time buyers, so lack any working knowledge on the process or purchase - Peter was very great at giving us an idea and came forward with recommendations, brokers, surveyors etc.
I would highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

Myself and my partner are really happy to have found a flat with Jacksons! We were concerned about the state of the current rental market in London, but we found a flat much quicker than expected with the help of Timi. She was great from start to finish - listening to our needs and sending us our flat as an option to view when we cancelled our original viewings elsewhere. At the property Timi was friendly and knowledgable which made us like the flat even more! Despite a few issues with references (at the fault of LettingsHub as opposed to Jacksons), everything went smoothly and we found it very easy to get through to Timi on the phone throughout this particularly stressful day and beyond. Would recommend Jacksons for a very transparent process in terms of making an offer on a property you like, and a quick turnaround. We are very excited to move in - thanks again!

We had to deal with lots of other agents when buying our new house and they were useless. So far I have found my experience working with Jackson Tooting Estate Agents a very positive one, especially with their letting agent Timi Adeyemi, She has been very friendly and professional from start and has always been extremely responsive and helpful. Looking for flats on your own is quite a daunting experience and I have dealt with a number of agents now but Timi made me feel comfortable and not pressured which I am extremely grateful for.

Jacksons Estate Agents in Tooting Bec Road is in my opinion the most outstanding agents that I have dealt with over recent years.
Manager George Evans from our first meeting was both professional in his suggestions in presenting my particular property and made me feel confident that he was experienced in how best to deal with what was not a usual straightforward sale.
Within three days of our first meeting he had obtained many viewings and the following week narrowed down prospective purchasers to sealed bids, one of which suited both my unusual requirements and equally their own current situation.
Highly recommended.
