The office is open Monday to Saturday and is situated at the start of the village overlooking the Heath and All Saints Church, so is in a great location to take advantage of the many visitors attracted by the famous landmarks, shops, restaurants and bars. All of our staff are motivated to find you the right buyer in the right timescale and to provide an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers throughout the process of moving home. Our aim is to try and make the moving process as painless as possible.

My sale was quite longwinded (over 6months) with many questions back and forth. I found the Blackheath team very friendly, approachable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Their communication was good and the notes left on their system accurate negating the need to explain everything from scratch each time. I would definitely recommend them, they were a pleasure to work with.

I listed my flat in Charlton with JDM and they sold it for me. They got a buyer fairly quickly but there were a few challenges with the management company issuing EWS1 forms that delayed completion a bit. Throughout the process the team at JDM ( Stuart, Gemma) were so professional, transparent and timely in responding to emails and suggesting solutions to get the sale over the line. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Hands down the best estate agents I have worked with recently. These guys will work to get your property sold for you. They have tonnes of experience too and are nice people.

They are a lovely team and ensure everything is sorted promptly and process is smooth both during beginning and end of contract.
