Yet again, KFH in Blackheath, headed by their exceptional Manager Shelly and with the assistance of all her team, particularly Sam, has allowed me to reassure my elderly mother that she once more has excellent new tenants. The last set of tenants were a delight and left mums property in an immaculate condition and having met the new tenants I have no doubt, given KFH assessment of them ( before recommending them),will prove to be equally accurate. A perfect example of under promising and over delivering. Thank you all so much, from myself and my mother.
Sam was exceptionally helpful , fully attentive to my questions and provided well thought out professionally responses. Providing needed information and directives to speed up the move. During my house hunt, Anthony was also very kind, patience and highlighted the to-do's within the area. In all, i can say the members of the team i had contacts with were great.
I want to give a huge thanks to Gladys Onanaye, the Mortgage Consultant at Mann Woolwich. I spent some time with her to go through Life Insurances etc, and if like me you need someone patient and clear then please take time to make an appointment with her. I now have the cover i have been looking for so thank you so much Gladys! Highly recommended!
Do not use the broker in this branch. After going through our payslips, bank statements etc... she said we could get a mortgage for £249,000. She took ages to do the Decision in Principle, then after a week came back with a figure of £205,000. How you can you get a figure that wrong. She was very nice but completely incompetent. In the meantime, I put in an offer on a flat and was devastated that I can no longer continue. Luckily another broker sorted out the mess and did a Aggrement in Principle in two minutes on the phone.
I understand quotes can go down but this was a massive decrease and a huge mess up from Mann. What a waste of time for us and also their own staff.
My wife and I were very satisfied with a service provided by Complete, this agency deserves 5 without question. Nice, professional and responsive, ideal for people who care about what they get for their money. I can only recommend our agent Jody, as we had some unexpected issues during tenancy, but she always handled them very responsibly and in short time. I would also like to thank to Reni, who was dealing with us initially and helping us to set up the contract! Thank you both!
UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR SERVICE
Extremely poor service from Complete Ltd: I paid during one year long the full rent of a flat which had a broken window which couldn’t be opened at all, preventing the access to our terrace! While I was promised at the beginning that it would be repaired before I moved in. I had a dozens of exchanges with them, barely any response from them and was finally told that it would be impossible to repair it!
Additionally to that, one of their agents came to introduce the flat to potential new tenants and thought it would be a good idea to open the faulty window! Of course, he couldn’t close it anymore and decided to leave the flat unattended with an opened window: first, anyone could have come in the flat and it was very dangerous; second, they couldn’t sort the situation quickly and I had to endure the cold and wind for two days in the middle of January. No need to say I never had compensation for that.
On top of that, when I exit the flat, I had a professional cleaning service, which I proved and they decided to charge me £60 without any good reasons … I contested it, notable mentioning that I have paid the full price of a flat that was not fully functional but they did not do any gesture.
I will never use Complete Ltd again, would strongly recommend anyone to NOT use them and will make sure to be very vocal about how poorly they manage the service for the flat.

A very good team of people. I recently used their service for finding and moving to a new house. They helped me all the way from finding a house to moving in to the house at a short notice. The most incompetent agency I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. We found a property we were very interested in on Rightmove and are buyers without a chain so were seeking a quick transaction. The sales agent, Mr Kevin Pearcey was always unavailable. They told me he was out at viewings and my husband that he was off sick working from home and apparently in the whole agency, the was the only person who could arrange viewings. He did not return calls or answer his mobile and after 4 days of trying we gave up. He eventually emailed to say he would arrange a viewing and get back to us to confirm the time and never did. Their agency is managing the tenancy and I wonder if their monthly management fee is perhaps more financially motivating to them than following instructions of the owner to try and market the sale of the property, and getting a one off commission? Either way, I don't think the owner would have been too pleased and so do not recommend using them if you are trying to sell your property as they have now lost a potential buyer.

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned.
Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle.
The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75.
Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.
From our first viewing experience to subsequent completion (a few houses later!) the service and staff were both excellent. Professionalism and knowledgeable assistance were always on offer. We would have no hesitation to recommend John Payne East Greenwich branch.
