The rental department is absolutely unprofessional and utter rubbish. The agent and I have arranged a day to view different flats in the morning. I have someone to look after my child because the agent told me he can't drive around to show me flats with a child in it as his insurance is not covered.
So the agent didn't turn up at the end without notifying me in advance and his colleague told me the viewings booked are not on the diary so they can't take me to view the properties because they have are 'short of staff' and 'busy'. I ended up wasted my time and money travelling and childcare because of this very rubbish and useless agent.
Very unorganised, unprofessional and irresponsible. Cannot imagine what kind of service I would receive if I rent through them.
I would recommend people avoiding it unless you want to wast your energy and time. Rent through some other agencies I'm sure you'll get much better service.

KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. I have always been met with professionalism, respect and understanding which is not always the case with some other estate agencies.
This is the first time while I have gone through an agency to rent out a house in UK. Conran did made a smooth ride for me. Robert in particular went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Since I am the first timer he listened to my problem , questions and concern and did addressed them patiently and effectively . I mainly dealt with Rob, however few times when he was not available and I had to speak with other staff member, I found all of them very friendly and supportive. Thank you Conran for all the help. As a perspective tenant, it has been a nightmare trying to arrange viewings through them. I'm a Teacher working heavy hours and their attitude made me just waste time. Every time I'd see a flat on their website and ring them to book a viewing they'd say somebody ''will call me back''. The first time they got back to me the next day at 9am through email, arranging me a viewing at 11 am which obviously I could not make due to work and because they didn't bother to give a call. The second time I never received that ''call back''. The third time I contacted them asking if a specific flat with a SPECIFIC price (which I mentioned) was still available and the person on the phone said ''Yes''. I took time off work, traveled 90' only to be shown a different flat to the one I had requested which was also 300 pounds more expensive. The agent claimed the other flat was not available. The agent did not even excuse himself. He was a rude person, not welcoming, did not even smile for a moment and look down his nose on me when I arrived there (I've dealt with dozens of agents and he was by far the rudest). Never again.

Made an appointment with getagents then received no confirmation from the branch even after emailing. When i called they declared that they weren't interested in coming to the property but didn't even think to contact me to let me know. Ridiculous!
As a first time renter I was anxious about what to expect from an estate agent. I honestly had an excellent journey from viewing to signing documents and key hand over. Not everything went to plan, and there were moments in which I was sure there was no solution but Dean handled these issues really well, found solutions quickly and put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service and an agent I would contact again in the future!
We came in to Peter James and spoke with Dean about what we were looking for he booked in two viewings for us that day and cancelled last minute without letting us know, we only found out as we called the office for the exact address. We were given the feeble excuse that two agents have had children recently so they are under staffed. We have not received a call or text back about our enquiries or even a proper apology. A complete waste of time and now we will be looking elsewhere.
Very happy with the service of both this agent and their partners across SE London in selling our house in Shooters Hill at the tail end of last year.
Despite the friendly staff, their back office processes and admin team are beyond a joke... they are chaotic, disorganised and do not communicate. Despite moving out a month ago, we're still awaiting a refund on over paid rent. That, and despite having moved out, we still received a call about renewing our tenancy. I would not recommend to anyone who wants a smooth process or back office team who know what they are doing. Tenant or Landlord - avoid unless you have spare time to chase people and want an admin nightmare.
