The purchase hasn't completed yet, but the agents have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable throughout the process. I believe they've been transparent, providing clear information and updates, which I really appreciate. They could be a bit friendlier at times, but generally they've been great. They have made a clear effort not to let anything slip and have been accommodating to my needs. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and hope they continue to uphold this level of commitment, keeping to their promises and timelines as we move forward.- 15th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Lorraine was very professional, personable and responsive. She has been so helpful, full of advice and always friendly, professional and ‘on it’ all the time – just fantastic. I am so grateful to her and the whole team who have made selling my home so much more bearable.

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I as a landlord trusted my new apartment to this agent purely based on the reviews here. I must say I seriously doubt the authenticity of the many positive reviews. My property was marketed by Mann (Woolwich) for 21 days but failed to find any tenants. Despite the disappointing progress, they did not care about me as a client and provided pretty much no update or communication. The manager was away for a 2-week holiday leaving the team management a huge problem. On a Monday afternoon, I made 6 calls to the letting team via the general number but none of them were picked up. On a separate Monday afternoon of 7 August 2024, my new estate agent tried to call them for collecting the keys, but none of his phone calls were picked up again. This partially explained why after 21 days my property still found no tenants - people like potential viewers and landlords just could reach the letting team! So how people can book viewings to make progress for my property? I decided to move my property to a different estate agent without hesitation. This shows how fake Google reviews can be? I must say that is absolutely the worst estate agent I had experienced in the last 20 years. They don't show important qualities in client care, team management and communication. I could not imagine how an estate agent could not be reached by many phone calls over different days? It is clearly a no-brain decision to leave this agent alone and trust my property to other well managed agents with basic quality of client care. For basic things like availability date, they even initially put the availability date delayed by 2 weeks, despite the fact that the property is immediately available. Enough is enough - it is a wrong decision for me to trust my property to Mann - 21 days with no progress translated to nearly £2000 wasted in this void period. I have to be determined and move on though.

My agent Daniel Clarke first spoke to by phone and was very professional in organising viewings, to my surprise when meeting him thinking he was an older man ???? the young man has a good future ????????....Thank you Foxtons

Unit 2,Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road, SE16 7AQ(455 reviews)2nd Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.
8th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)Extremely frustrating experience. All access tags are due to be updated today. Wait in line only to be told the tags we got from johns are not original and they refuse to help us. But wait we can pay £60 for new ones….but jokes on us as they suddenly refuse to issue knew ones without approval. We are told to call for help at the door to get in….get there and system is offline….now we wait 20 min to sneak in with someone else. Call johns and log issue on system….get someone on the phone who promises to email the concierge to issue us new ones….3 hours later we try again….but surprise suprise they never mailed…we wait again to sneak in with someone else. Few hours later after numerous messages the email gets sent…now we have to go back for the 3rd time and pay 60pounds.

5 Indescon Court, Lighterman's Way, South Quay, London, E14 9DQ(364 reviews)19th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Bryony Garrett, Mizan and the rest of the crew at Jack Barclays ought to do themselves and their tennats/landlords a favour and drum themselves out of the letting market....they are nothing short of a disgrace to the london rental market and basic human decency. Incidents I present without prejudice: 1) Jack Barclay let me a property that had already gone into receivership [would have been clear to any competent letting agent or sensible person] resulting in me having to vacate the property after a month. 2) Jack Barclay kept my deposit despite the above invalidating my lease. Eventually I got my deposit back via dispute resolution despite telling them that contesting would be a complete waste of everyone's time. 3) Jack Barclay didn't give me the key cob to get into my aparment until about 2 weeks into the tenancy 4) Jack Barclay promised furniture on viewing which never arrived. Jack Barclay was very happy to lie when I asked about when it would arrive. Then they just lied and said the landlord didn't want to pay for furniture when she told me she did 5) Jack Barclay never replaced the spare key to the aparment which created a safety hazard when I was living at my apartment 6) Because there was no spare key, when contractors arrived to fix multiple issues with the apartment, they were unable to get in. For some reason, they then lied and said they would come to unlock the apartment. They did not come...thereby randomly wasting 1 hour of the contractors time. Net net, almost 80% of everything Jack Barclay said was a lie and at times their lies served no purpose it was bordering on malicious. Any tennat or landlord foolish enough to trust these guys really only has themselves to blame after reading all the terrible reviews here (among the clearly fake ones they've paid for)

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.- 29th Aug 2024 (11 days ago)I would advise some inclusion and training about how not to discriminate against people of colour for Foxton in Greenwich - I was labelled as aggressive by one of the staff for no reason when I was interested in their services. Totally disrespectful and close minded.
