We recently sold our house and needed to move quickly and Ben was fantastic. The photos he took of our home were top quality and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Ben knew we needed to sell our house quickly and was very proactive and we never had to chase him for an update. Although we dealt with Ben primarily, whenever we spoke to any of the team, they were friendly, professional and reliable. Sometimes when you have to speak to another person and ask them to pass a message on, you wonder if they will actually remember to pass on the information, but this was never the case; if Ben was busy, I would pass a message to the team and he would ring me back quickly.
