Expected so much more being a local established estate agent and recommended by so many on local Facebook page. Valuation given was way over what surveyor gave and eventually settled with as no way would it have made Joyce Heeps agent valuation. Our hand signed agreement had specific instructions ignored and my complaint not dealt with. Agent who came round in first instance said to call them anytime. I did for an important reason but about 5 days before returned call which was too late. Photos used on website of poor quality. The office staff carry this company as they gave their best. I would highly recommend Joyce and her team if you are looking to sell your property. We had Joyce out for a free valuation and found her very friendly, down to earth and explained everything very well. We decided to go ahead and have Joyce market our property for us.
