They provided us with lots of help and guidance to make things run smoothly and all this was made available by a very helpful lady called Anna Thomson who works at countrywide. They called while I was working and since then my calls and emails have gone unanswered.- 26th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Thank you to all the staff at Countrywide Shawlands for brilliant customer service especially Alarise who was my contact. She kept me fully informed by telephone and email and was very personable and takes a pride in her job. I would highly recommend the team at Shawlands if you have a home to sell.
9th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. Avoid at all costs!

Selling a home can be an incredibly stressful and emotional experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent from start to finish – always keeping me updated, quick to respond, and completely on the ball throughout. The ladies were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly, warm, and great fun to deal with.<br><br>During what was a very emotional time for me, they supported me far beyond what I expected from an estate agency. At times it felt like I had a team of therapists cheering me on! They were always there to listen, offer reassurance, and guide me through every step of the process. By the end, I felt like I’d known them forever.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients, I would absolutely recommend Home Connexions. 28th May 2026 (29 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.

Despite being a smaller agency, they made a big impact with their professionalism, communication, and personal service. Paul and the team expertly managed the sale and the entire chain of purchases and sales, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. This is the benefit of having a local and knowledgeable agent who knows the local buyers, sellers and solicitors. If you are buying or selling in Kilsyth or neighbouring towns there is only one choice to receive one single point of contact and hassle free for your purchase or sale.

From the get go, with Paul visiting and his evaluation through to the seamless Home report arrangements and marketing, the service and care was great. Shona and her team were incredible. Every day Shona or one the team updated and made sure everything was clear - really excellent communication. The on-line portal works brilliantly - easy to access and use and keeps you updated with all correspondence. We asked Pacitti Jones to take care of viewings, which again worked brilliantly, as the team are all on hand and local. Even after the sale, Shona stayed in contact to help and support, which was really invaluable. The terms of contract and pricing were also very competitive and we would highly recommend Shona and her team if you're looking to buy or sell in the local area.

His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
