I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one.
As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live.
Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied.
If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

I have used Keylet Executive Lettings and Sales in their Cardiff Bay office over the last four years. They have been very responsive and professional in their dealings with my lettings and sales efforts. Special mention to Cerys of the Lettings team, Jodie in Accounts and Joanne in housing and maintenance. All three have been very helpful and proactive whenever I have any problems. Their office set up with the lettings and maintenance teams located within the same office, which facilities better and more effective communication and response to clients like me. Keep up the good work!

Keylet, through Jack, were super fast, friendly and efficient in getting my apartment advertised, viewed and, on the same day it was advertised, secured several offers. Once we'd agreed which to accept they dealt with the subsequent issues with equal efficiency. I highly recommend them.

Bunch and nexus of novices and new joiners here ,who work on the well formed process to take out money from tenents on the set dates and than run away from their responsibilities. PLEASE BEWARE THEY HAVE LOTS OF NEW RECRUITS AND SENIORS GUYS WHO MINT MONEY ON THE NAME OF RENEWAL AGREEMENT AND SENDING MAIL TO HOUSES FOR END OF TERM AND THAN DUPE PPL .
Once money ,agreement done they will not listen to your problems ..BEWARE BEWARE DEALING WITH THEM !!!!!

Useless staff and worst estate agents I’ve ever had to deal with. Currently renting a property in Cardiff bay and maintenance issues have still not been fixed after three months. I’ve been corresponding with Josh and he has ignored my emails, lied about when the maintenance issues are going to be done and is always putting the blame on to his colleague - Magda, who I have never spoken with. He apparently “doesn’t have a manager” so I am unable to take my complaints further.

Very very very bad experience with this company when it comes to protect their EXPAT clients from local goons around and above the flat ...they are just mere expectators of unfolding events ...

Appalling, inept & inadequate
I have had a 2 year long nightmare with this agency. Experiencing a long list of issues spanning from; spurious fees being deducted from payments without notice, late payments, no payments (not tenant related), unsuitable tenants being allowed to rent my property and service levels well below any I have EVER experienced as either a tenant or a landlord. I don't think any person I have dealt with during the 2 years has lasted as an employee at Keylet for more than a few months... - avoid at all costs and save your sanity!

I received superb service from David Jones in the lettings team. He went out of his way to exceed my expectations and deliver what I'd wished for. He explained everything well throughout the process and demonstrated all round fantastic customer service skills.
I am very much grateful to David and would highly recommend him to anybody looking to rent/let in the Cardiff area.

Moved out of a property let by Keylet. I accidentally ordered concert tickets to my old address
Having explained my situation I received a bundle of help from 2 women at the Cardiff Bay branch
I only got the name of one Harriet
Lovely kind and helped extremely by contacting the current tenant and managed to get my post office delivery card so I could get my tickets
I know that’s not there job but they should be credited for being so kind
