We viewed the property on a Thursday, and paid the holding deposit on Friday, thanks to Faruk Idris’s fantastic service, commutation and transparency throughout the negations. He was warm and understanding of our needs, and we felt that we could trust his judgement and his advice. He was on time for the viewing and wonderfully friendly, and as it turned out displayed such integrity. He matched our requirements for high standards, and his communication with the landlord ensured a 24 hour turnaround and an answer from the landlord. I would highly recommend dealing directly with Faruk, and Lloyd, who had a wonderful telephone manner, from the Clapham Common Estate agency.

I just got an offer accepted for a beautiful home managed by KHF. All their agents that I spoke with were very friendly and extremely professional. I have to commend specially the labour of Faruk, who insisted in me having a view for a home I had initially discarded, but did actually love when I saw it, and it's indeed the one I will be moving in.

Very disappointed with the agency. I think it's the worst I had so far. Never respond back to any issues or queries apart from when it is time to take your money. Zero responses and care after contract signature. Very expensive for the zero services they offer. I would definitely avoid them in the future at any costs.
