Just bought a property through this branch, Elysia and Andrea were amazing. Andrea in particular was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He moved to work at a different location but continued to help me.
The loss of 2 stars was due to Matthew who was the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Disgusting behaviour considering he’s the manager there, however I have formally logged a complaint that hopefully will be dealt with because I was treated so badly by him - would encourage management to listen to the calls between me and him so you can understand why. Very unfortunate as everyone else was lovely.

The service provided by Stephanie Antoniou and her team was outstanding, in terms of being flexible to my needs, providing helpful advice in terms of renovating the property to increase the rental I could achieve and found me a new tenant immediately within the property going live on their portal. Will definitely recommend and use again.
