15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)A worker helped us find a place after our first option got taken. He was kind and considerate and accommodating. We’re new home movers so we were very unknowing of this process and he made it easier for us. The agency were very professional and gave us every piece of information we needed. We also met Linus during the move in date who was also very accommodating and sweet. We really recommend this agency to any new movers. They make the whole process extremely easy.<br><br>Update:<br>Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the workers at Barnard Marcus. A colleague was getting too close, being touchy and sending flirting texts. He’s also significantly older which is even weirder. I mentioned this to Adem at Barnard Marcus and they said they would following it up. Since February I haven’t heard anything back. The case was passed on to someone and I’ve heard nothing from her. It seems they don’t really care, which is disappointing since we really liked Barnard Marcus and the team we were given. I shouldn’t have to follow up on a case like this, as it was even hard for me to tell anyone, and they should have taken steps to make me feel safe or heard.

They’ve frequently kept me updated on the progress and they’ve made the whole process extremely smooth. I highly recommend them.
10th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I used Ellis and Co to sell my house in 2020. Alicia Casingena was my selling agent and did an excellent job to get my house sold quickly and at top market value. Alicia really understood my requirements and the value of my house, never troubled me with "tyre kickers", and found a Buyer with exactly the right profile and ambition for my house. Alicia worked tirelessly to navigate the new Covid-rules to prepare my house for sale and conclude the sale as quickly as possible, keeping me updated at all times, and helping to unblock issues on the Buyer's side. Both Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Alicia to help sell your property.<br><br>Given my positive experience from my first transaction with Ellis & Co above, I used Alica Casingena at Ellis & Co (Golders Green) to sell my father's property in 2026 after he moved into a care home. Alicia delivered for me again, achieving my sale price in very tough market conditions: high interest rates, high number of properties for sale and low number of serious buyers. Alicia knows the Golders Green market inside out, and is an expert sales negotiator. She understood my requirements which included a hard time constraint to get the sale done, and her marketing advice was spot on. Alicia is very personable, always contactable, and worked tirelessly through many evenings to push the sale through. I always felt Alicia 'had my back' throughout the process, and there was no need and no point in trying to market the property across multiple agents given Ellis & Co's track record and market reach. Instead, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome. He was incredibly prompt in responding to calls, messages, and queries, and handled every stage of the sale with great care, diplomacy, and attention to detail.<br><br>What could have been a stressful process was made smooth and straightforward thanks to Raj's expertise and calm approach. He kept us informed throughout and always acted in our best interests.<br><br>If you're selling a property in the Finchley area, I would strongly recommend speaking to Raj before anyone else. I booked a viewing for one flat, but he came prepared and showed me two additional flats in the area that matched what I was looking for — real initiative that saved me a lot of time.<br><br>When I mentioned we were also considering the Colindale area, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another agent who arranged viewings there too. That kind of coordination isn’t something you often get, and it made the whole flat-hunting process so much smoother.<br>Samuel also guided us through the entire tenancy acquisition process from start to finish, including referencing and all the paperwork, making what can usually be a stressful process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Thanks to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, we found a flat and secured the tenancy quickly and smoothly.
