Buying a first property is always stressful but Ross explained all the processes in detail and made the process so much smoother.<br><br>When we had questions he was able to answer them clearly and really made time for us, he even stayed on extra later outside hours to ensure we understood everything and felt supported.<br><br>He was available to message anytime, was always quick to reply and be open to a phone call to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We would highly recommend choosing Ross.

10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)This review is specifically only for Kevin, who I would wholeheartedly recommend based on my personal experience of working with him over many years.<br><br>Kevin was the estate agent who originally helped us purchase this house, so when it eventually came time to sell it, there was really only one person we wanted to deal with. By then, Kevin had moved to a different company, but we wanted only him again because of the excellent experience we had with him when we bought the property.<br><br>Selling the house was particularly challenging because I was not in the country, but Kevin made the entire process remarkably straightforward. He coordinated everything from arranging viewings and collecting keys to organising the required surveys, liaising with neighbours and dealing with all the practical details that needed to be managed locally. I always felt that things were being taken care of, even though I was thousands of miles away.<br><br>What sets Kevin apart is his approach. He is incredibly professional, calm and accommodating without ever being pushy or forceful. He listens, gives realistic advice about pricing and timelines, responds promptly and appropriately to emails, and genuinely makes you feel that he is working with you rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>There is one phrase of Kevin’s that has stayed with me over the years. Whenever you asked him to do something, his response was invariably, “Leave it with me.” And that is exactly how you felt dealing with him—you could leave it with him and trust that he would sort it out.<br><br>From helping us buy the house to helping us sell it years later, Kevin has been consistently excellent. Finding him again specifically to sell our property was one of the best decisions we made.<br><br>A true gentleman, highly professional and exceptionally reliable. If you are looking for someone who will guide you properly, communicate honestly and take the stress out of the process, I would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin.

From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He was always approachable and happy to answer my many, MANY questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.<br><br>Thank you so much, Vas, for all your help, patience, and kindness throughout the process. You’ve genuinely gone above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate everything you’ve done! ??????<br><br>Would 100% recommend Vas and Moreland to anyone looking to rent in the area! He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

Although it was quite a slow process with the buyer, the girls were great at their jobs, supportive and always available to answer questions. There were many calls and messages between us, so appreciated the frequent communication even if it was for a quick catch up. 7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up.
