So far the only person (in London) in a high volume client business who actually listens to your needs without selling but providing service. If you need to rent a property in the area, you will do yourself a disservice by not asking to engage with Billy.

I didn’t even think about contacting another estate agent. Romario then visited to sell my house, what an absolute pleasure! Romario kept us updated every step of the way, his calm and reassuring manner is just what I needed! Romario went the extra mile, he looked after our cats during the viewings, giving them treats and sending us videos of them! To be honest it felt like a member of our family sold our house! Thank you so much for your professionalism and support throughout, we couldn’t of done this so smoothly without you!

In our case, we were actually selling and buying a house from the same branch of Adam Hayes and Mina handled the entire situation very delicately and professionally from the day we met him to the day we completed on both properties! No concern or request was too big or too small for him, he was always straight on to it and working on getting things sorted. He made the whole process much smoother and less painful than we had anticipated! We are very grateful to him and Adam Hayes for the excellent service they provided to us.

From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. They are courteous and organised in managing the bookings too, with dedicated WhatsApp groups and regular updates. Couldn’t recommend more. Nice one, Pio ????

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

We met her for a viewing back in January and she has supported us all the way through to finally purchasing our first property. It’s been an emotional journey and we encountered so many hurdles. We wished we just listened and followed Stephanie’s advice from the beginning! She was kind, patient professional and so helpful - she meticulously supported us through every step of the process. They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.

12th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I dislike having to leave negative reviews especially when Foxton's comes so highly recommended but my experience was nothing short of terrible. I found a flat through the company and upon receiving the lease, the legal document was full of typos and mistakes. Upon paying the deposit and signing the lease, I was told at 6pm that I had to make the 12 month upfront overseas rental payment that day or I would risk losing the property. This was never raised to me before they demanded the payment out of business hours. After paying the deposit and signing the lease, I was informed that the property had fallen through. I had already made arrangements to move and was forced to resign my current lease. I then had to get my deposit back and had to call numerous times as my emails were ignored. Additionally, I was informed by the deposit insurance company that my deposit was no longer protected. I eventually got my deposit back after numerous emails and phone calls. Throughout my time with Foxtons, the team was ill informed and unprofessional forcing me to resolve most of the issues myself. I understand this may have been one bad experience, however, I strongly advise against using this company unless you absolutely have to.
