Absolutely awful. They are so unprofessional. They manage the building I live in and don’t respond to emails, are extremely slow to do anything and very rude. Their fees are extortionate and their service is abysmal. They refuse to provide accounts, receipts and bills. I am a leaseholder and they refuse to provide me with financial accounts for the service charge I’m paying. L Please avoid using them, you will regret it. How they are still in business is baffling.

The WORST agents in London. Do NOT use. I am a load lord with multiple properties and have never encountered anything like this. Totally swindled me, allowed the seller to stay in the flat we had bought for months after the sale date. They had convinced me to settle on a low rent in the event the seller would stay (assuring me this wouldn’t happen). Then totally washed their hands of the situation and said they couldn’t do anything. Should have sued this agency. Terrible. Lost thousands of pounds. Avoid at all costs.

Having lived in a property managed by Kubie Gold for the past 18 months, our building manager Eric has been excellent. Eric has successfully and assiduously presided over a major renovation for our entire building. He has gone the extra mile in ensuring that every little detail is covered, and the building is future-proofed with an acute appreciation for its Victorian architectural heritage. Moreover, I have found Eric to be attentive and prompt in dealing with any problems that have arisen. Having lived in the private rented sector for several years, I can honestly attest that Eric, and Kubie Gold more broadly, have exceeded my expectations in the standards to which they work. Keep up the good work!

Kevin and the team at Kubie Gold are the best property management team that I’ve ever experienced. They are extremely responsive, stay right on top of issues to make sure they are resolved and are a lovely group of people.
Kevin and his team have the rare ability to strike the right balance between looking after tenants and also looking after the property owner’s interests.
I would not hesitate to engage Kubie Gold as a renter or owner.

Excellent, professional and efficient. I had a great experience working with Akbar to secure a new flat to rent. After getting in touch with Kubie Gold I was able to arrange a viewing later the same day. The whole process was very quick and efficient; within a day of viewing I was able complete the necessary checks and sign the tenancy agreement, receiving the keys later that same week. Throughout out the process Akbar made himself available and quickly addressed any questions I had while proactively helping in any way possible to make the whole experience as smooth as possible (and continues to do so). Cannot fault the service I had received in any way, and would highly recommend.

This morning I panicked when I could not get out of the building in which I live because the door would not open. There and then I messaged Mr Elavia re my predicament and I am, so happy to say and so relieved that he immediately took action to save me and my problem. There and then, he contacted the personnel to see to the door and his immediate response to my problem ensured that the contractors were here at the building to see to the door and its problem. Because of Mr Elavioa's speedy reaction to help me, within hours the problem was solved and I am so os grateful to him and the speed in which he helped me for, after all - one has to be able to get out of the building. Thank you Mr Elavia. My best wishes.
