Once entered my flat without permission as they mistook it for another flat they were selling me. Scared the living daylights out of me.
Avoid at all costs.
In response, the deposit scheme did not find in the landlord's favour.
Khan Cohen assisted the landlord in producing a forged invoice from her own company.

Friendly and efficient service meaning we were in a position to make a decision on a property within 24 hours of seeing it on the website, including two viewings and an answer to all our questions. Extremely helpful - including conducting the viewing whilst keeping my very active 2 year old entertained! Persistent but not pushy - everything we are looking for in an agent and if we're selling in future we'll be in touch. Would definitely recommend.
If I could possibly rate this company even lower than a 1 I definitely would! A totally unacceptable figure driven company who cares about none of the clients or customers needs. They take most landlords as a joke unless they have a very heavy portfolio where instantly they start seeing money symbols through their eyes. The people seeking a property through them have no say in what they want and get treated in an unacceptable manner as 'second choice' in any matter. Once they do move in, don't expect Morgan Randall to fix the problem. Actually i'll be generous.. they do fix it but after maybe 8 months of you being there. The way they treat their workers is absolutely terrible aswell with feedback being given that employees feel like a slave for the higher management there.
Please don't be fooled by the reviews written on Google as 90% of the people have been begged or forced to write a positive review for the 'one of a kind' service they provide.
Jamal did a great job showing me the flats, especially because he arranged the viewing of several flats in a short period of time, driving from one to the other thus making the experience quite comfortable and easy. He understood the value of my time, which was very nice and commendable.
Jamal has helped us tremendously and we ended up signing a tenancy agreement after 3 days... Jamal is an example for his colleagues.
However I am very disappointed because foxtons lied to me about the quality they wish to represent. My new flat was full of stuff of the previous tenant( including old correspondence, dead plants, dust and dirt, general mess) when they promised it will be prepared for my move in. They were meant to make sure that the apartment is clean and that I can live in it. Instead I was given an apartment with old dirt and no one bothered to check it.
Jamal has done a great job and gave me a great deal but the second part is just disrespectful.

Ludlow Thompson are a prime example of why estate agents have a poor reputation. Smarmy, dishonest, and unprofessional best sum up our letting experience. Steer clear.
We were initially advised that the agreed negotiated price had been accepted but when we went to sign the contracts, the old advertised price was listed instead. First, our agent questioned as to whether I remembered the conversation correctly (he was the one who told me the "good news" of the alleged negotiation- clearly they are lacking basic records), and then he advised that there would be a delay to the move in date as the contracts would need to be amended. Following this, he noted that he would do us the immense "favour" of going ahead on the date as planned but not taking his full commission. He then requested that we give Ludlow Thompson for a positive review because he was doing this "favour" (again, it's not really a favour but more of an attempt put things right in the aftermath of his errors- especially as we had grounds to pull out if the landlord hadn't agreed).
He and his colleague then sent me constant e-mails requesting that gleaming review under the guise of possibly winning a free dinner if the review was positive. I don't know who actually believes that nonsense, but certainly not me. I left a semi-positive review because I loved the home, and was also worried about not getting the deposit back in full because not only did I distrust them, but felt that they were quite capable of getting us out of the home if they had a higher bidder. Although gutted, I wasn't surprised to have been served notice at the period of the break clause (not for anything we did). Our neighbour later stated that this happened all the time with our property. When we tried to get support from Ludlow Thompson to find a new property, they failed to respond to e-mails, phone messages, and no one seemed to know whether the agency fees would be needed again in full. One agent advised me that they hate to see people leave at the break clause because "we don't get the full commission". At least they are honest about prioritising their desire for money over customer service.
We just rented out a place with David Key agents, they are professionals, everything has been smooth. Andrew Seemungal has done everything for us and have been very caring. Strongly recommendable.
