Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it.
