I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.... Read more
