I have just bought a flat in Highgate through Litchfields. They have been uniformly courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. In particular, I would highlight their deep expertise in the locality. They seem to know everything there is to know about the village and individual properties. They also went out of their way to be helpful and to provide information but without the hard sell, indeed aggressive, attitude that I experienced from a number of other agents. They were of course acting in the interests of their clients, the vendors, but I felt they got a better deal for the vendors by being helpful and polite to us as purchasers. I would recommend them strongly to any potential buyers or sellers of property in the area.

I have just completed on the sale of a property in Highgate through Lichfields who despite getting me the best price found a buyer in an exceptionally short time. This was all the more impressive as it was over the Christmas/New year period.
From the moment Giselle valued the property i knew i had made the right decision. She was friendly, enthusiastic and professional with a great knowledge of the local property market.
As with all probate sales problems and queries can arise during conveyancing but these were dealt with by Giselle and John timely and professionally and they were both a pleasure to deal with.
I would certainly use Lichfields again and would have no hesitation in recommending Giselle and John as two people who will go the extra mile to achieve the best outcome for the client.
