She was extremely helpful and made us feel very confident that we will find our property. She was always happy to get our feedback and it made me personally feel that she is tailoring her service, attention and time to my requests and needs. Kate you are the best, and i wish all estate agents should have you as a role model.

After hanging up the phone she sent me over lots of options for me to look at. I had really not much time to find a new place and Sophie has been a gift sent from I don't know where to us. With her you can be 100% sure and not worried because she will sort everything out as soon as possible . Very reliable and always answered after no time. 5 stars for her! He was of great help and very responsive, which helped smoothen the not always easy processes. We would recommend landlord to use KFH services when renting their properties.

Search for a flat in london is tough but she made everything smooth, straight forward and simple. I would work with KFH every single time based on Pat and the team around her that made the whole process calm and straight forward despite the challenges in the London market.

22nd Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

10th Feb 2025 (5 days ago)I had a 3 year tenancy agreement (on a rolling basis) with Rochester Place, for property in Kentish Town and they have been very helpful from the beginning to the end. It is a very friendly professional team who would go out of their way to support their tenants. I remember, even on a weekend evening when a new tenant on the top floor had an issue with Key someone came to help. All issues were dealt with reasonably well and fast coordinating between landlords and maintenance teams. There wad hassel with my deposit return and even todate I still include Rochester place as my rental reference and they have been always supportive. From many of my friends I heard lots of negative feedback on London rental market, yet Rochester Place is one of those exception with their excellent service.

I cannot thank them enough. Great team. Would thoroughly recommend them.

He’s also a lovely person to deal with, which took some of the stress off what is otherwise considered a very stressful process. Thanks Pio!

10th Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)The acid test of an organisation is not what happens when things go to plan, it is when they do not. The team at Stonebridge worked with us over a year to refurb our mother's flat to a high standard, having spent time to go over all the options. In spite of losing two buyers and a final one that also brought challenges, and with unexpected glitches during the refurb, throughout all this the entire team - whomever you dealt with - were reassuring, human, understanding, knowledgable and patient, when it would have been all too easy for all of us to lose the plot. We sold at a good price, and I was left feeling grateful we followed our instincts on first meeting Saylan and Peter that these were 'good people'. Much as I am glad it is all over, a part of me is sad I will not be in regular contact. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
