Cannot fault the service me and my husband received from Nicola. She went above and beyond when our current landlord was being difficult with the moving process and helped us get sorted quickly. Highly recommend using their services. What an excellent team.

I purchased a house advertised on Little Estate Agents and Danielle Priorp was unexpectedly brilliant. Unexpectedly, because Danielle was better than the Estate Agent I sold my property with. Danielle was very helpful in communicating with the seller's and seller's solicitors and promptly answered any questions I had. Even the manager, Jonathan Lyth, was very helpful when I contacted him about some missing responses from Danielle, responses that were sent, but then I realized that there was actually something wrong with my mail server.
I have moved many times and not very often have I come across such a professional Estate Agent. I love my new home and hope I won't move again as it is very stressful but if I do I would definitely choose LITTLE Estate Agents. Thank you Danielle for all your help in such a stressful process of moving home ????

From the initial meeting to discuss what they for offer us, we were impressed. They were very quick to get the photos done (which looked wonderful on their site), and equally to get the house on the market. Communication with team had been a dream too, so we really can’t recommend them enough.

We used Little to sell my house this year. We had a few estate agents around but we really liked Jonathan and that he was honest and not at all pushy. I am really glad we used Little as all the staff were friendly and helpful making a stressful situation much easier. My house sold for full asking price after a week on the market- Can't ask for better than that!
We won't be selling for a while but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Little again

Having recently bought a property advertised through Little Estate Agents, I can only compliment the service we have received. From booking the initial appointment with Olivia, to Jon's help negotiating the purchase, we have been nothing short of delighted. We felt heard and listened to as purchasers, and really did feel in safe, knowledgeable hands.
Major thanks to Olivia in helping us after purchase, when we came upon a unexpected situation. She made what could have been a very stressful situation for us, much less so, with her calm and professional manner.

The Little agents are absolutely amazing. Their process of letting the property is so easy. Everything is done online and so efficiently. The communication and professionalism is far above the avarage.
Special thank you to Nicola and Dan who could not be more helpful. They always provide an extra mile service which I greatly appreciate. I cannot imagine now using a different agent.
