I’ve been with Cauldwell for over three years now and my renting experience with them has been excellent all along. Throughout the years I have spoken to numerous members of their team and they are all a pleasure to deal with and go the extra mile to help. Special thanks goes to Jamie who has recently helped me with an issue I had and has been very understanding, professional and efficient. I’d also like to thank Lumina, my property manager, who’s always very helpful, responsive and pleasant. As a tenant I feel very well looked after.

I had a poor experience whilst looking for a property to rent. I found a lovely flat in Central Milton Keynes. We put in an offer straight away for the landlord to consider. 4 days later, the landlord hadn't responded to Cauldwell apparently. According to Cauldwell, they took another application in the meantime and I was left in a situation where the landlord was reviewing 2 applications instead of one. I lost out as a result of the delaying tactics utilised by Cauldwell and the letting agent himself (Marc) had told me over the phone that I would get first refusal and I wouldn't have any other applicants considered in the meantime. Dishonest and totally unethical.
